This fabulous penthouse is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the Madeira Vista Condominiums, known for it's clean and friendly atmosphire. Our knowledgeable and friendly On-Site Manager will be glad to assist you during your stay.
Enjoy the playful Dolphins, and spectacular sunsets from your enclosed balcony. Check out those new windows and nice comfortable swivel chairs. Don't be surprised if you see a beautiful rainbow on the horizon. They are awesome!
Master bedroom on Gulf front, King size bed and bathroom. The second bedroom located in the rear of condo has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin Bed. Private bath with tub and shower. Both bed rooms have plenty of storage space. Master bedroom has a new TV (2010) With DVD player. The guest bedroom also has a new TV. Famous John's Pass fishing village is located within walking distance. Here you will find many one-of-a-kind shops and several fine restaurants.
Public transportation is available in front of the condo, which travels the entire beach front as well as Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and other destinations.

Just returned from a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. The view from the 6th floor was amazing! We saw so many dolphins at one time it was hard to count how many were swimming by. The condo was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you needed. The pictures are just what you can expect and more. The owner was so wonderful to us. We would recommend The Salt Rock in Indian Rock, Sea Hags in Treasure Island and Lisa's Cafe right on Gulf Blvd. Great food. Would definately stay at Maderia Vista again. Jack the manager was on site and very helpful.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed in this beautiful condo in July of 2009. We loved it so much we are going back again this summer. It is such a nice location. The beach is shallow enough to enjoy the sand AND the water. The gathering area under the building is such a great idea. I am not a sun lover, but my grandkids are, we were able to be together without the sun touching me. Plenty of grills so you don't have to wait in line to cook your dinner. Can't beat shaded parking either. Property Manager, Jack, is a great guy and always willing to help out. This was our first visit to the Gulf Coast (Summer 2007). The stay at Madeira Vista made our trip memorable and fantastic! This condo is awesome and easily accomodated our group of six. On site ammenties were very nice (we used both the pool and the first-floor grill area). Everything was first rate. On site managers were very helpful and knowledgable of area. First-rate accommodations and we highly recommend to anyone considering.

I've been vacationing in the Madeira Beach area on and off for the last 20 years. Love the convenience - walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Staying here with my family was very relaxing. We made lots of nice memories. Thanks
