This four year old, vacation home has the best of everything. Location, location, location with just a short walk to life guard protected family beaches (4 minutes). This three bedroom, two bath oasis boasts amenities galore including a fully functional kitchen with breakfast bar. There is central air conditioning and all new furnishings. Enjoy this vacation home that has been equipped with wireless internet, a new 40" Flat Screen TV, an additional TV, 2 DVD players, stereo, games, and books for all to enjoy. We have an outside hot/cold enclosed shower, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc. There is a beautiful deck with beefy white porch columns and great oceanviews. Take advantage of introductory rates!!!
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and full private bath. One Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the other Guest room has two (2) bunkbeds. There is a second full bath easily accessible by both Guest rooms. There is also a laundry room with a Washer and Dryer. The house has Tropical landscaping with mature palms and washed stone accented with a breezy white lattice carport.
We rent Saturday (enter after 3PM) to Saturday (depart before 10AM to allow for cleaning).
