EFFECTIVE March 2015 - Please note that this building is currently under scaffolding. The townhouse itself if not being worked out, but minor obstruction to the patio view and some construction noise during the weekdays from 730am-5pm can be experienced. The private garage is also obstructed with restricts access to one vehicle instead of two. There is no other parking available in the building. The rental price show reflects a 50% discount due to this inconvenience during the summer months.
