Picture yourself relaxing in the sun at a luxury beach condo. This beautiful Pelican Walk condominium is located on the fifth floor with a private balcony overlooking a pool and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This one bedroom, two full bath unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and TV with a DVD player.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a comfortable pull out sofa, and we just added a 60" wide loveseat/chair with sleeper bed - sleeps five. The condo is very neat and clean and nicely decorated.
Pelican Walk is a family-oriented gulf front ten story property located on the Gulf in the quiet area of Thomas Drive. The condominium has two swimming pools (one is seasonally heated), a shuffleboard court, tennis court, heated spa, pool table, video games, and an indoor racquetball court.
