Location: Annapolis, Maryland, USA (Chesapeake Bay Home in Annapolis: 25 mi.Balt, 30 mi. to DC)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

Spacious Annapolis Home located in Private Waterfront Community, (Established Private Community of Anchorage across the lake from Bat Ridge Community), located on Chesapeake Bay, water privledges in Community great for boating, jet skiing, water skiing. Community Pool available to renters.

Our home is located IN Annapolis, cannot get any closer. Lots of room for family events or vacation. House is also available for the USNA Events - parents weekend, Commissioning Week etc, Boat Show.

This four plus bedroom home has large master bedroom with King Bed and private bath, second bedroom has Queen, third bedroom has Queen, fourth bedroom has two twins. There is also a huge finished basement w/ lots of room for "bunking" and blow up beds!

Large Family Room with Fireplace and big Bay Window, separate dining room, big modern kitchen, another family room/den off of the kitchen with back door to mud room, screened porch (w/ elect/ceiling fans and outdoor furniture) and garage.

Large finished basement is great for kids and adults with Digital Cable TV/VCR/DVD (can also be used for sleeping area), big laundry area and a REAL "English Pub" with separate entrance, stained glass windows, big wooden bar, glassware, etc. Great Patio area with teak table and chairs and gas grill (off of the screened in porch). Big yard great for kids, w/ wooden swing set, hammock & teak lounge chairs...great for relaxing in the sun or under our big beautiful trees.

House is very convenient to Downtown Annapolis & USNA - about a five minute car ride or a 10 minute bike ride. Great Pubs, Restaurants, and shopping and lots to do. Baltimore ane DC are about 30 minutes away in opposite directions, we are very close to BWI airport only 25 minutes!

There is a private community Pool & Marina,(May-Sept)& basketball court. Lots of big trees and very quiet and safe, great for riding bikes and nice long walks down to the water.
