Your rental fee includes beach service, which consists of two beach chairs and an umbrella set up just for you! This direct gulf front condo boasts three-hundred feet of private beach. You are just four miles from the popular vacation spot, Destin, yet far enough away to enjoy the serene family atmosphere of Okaloosa Island. Pelican Isle is close to restaurants, shopping, and all water activities - without the traffic. Because our unit is three floors up and directly over the gulf-side pool and hot tub, it's easy to keep an eye on the kids. This professionally decorated condominium is beautiful with classy island decor. The unit has a large living area and kitchen with breakfast bar, master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom, ceramic tile in the hall, baths, kitchen and living area, custom-built bunkbeds for the kids, two TVs with VCR/DVD players, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Additionally, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room so that the unit can accommodate up to six people. Your fee includes the following (in season): Daily beach service consisting of two chairs and one umbrella Big Kahuna’s Water park–Guests receive one adult & one child admission per day. Deep Sea Fishing on Destin Princess/ Destiny –Includes bait, tackle & fishing licenses. Guests receive one adult passage per day. The Southern Star Dolphin Cruise - Entertaining and informative. Guests receive on adult passage per day. The Sea Blaster – The best way to see Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Guests receive one adult & one child passage per day. The Little Nemo - Kids age’s 5-12, will enjoy an educational fishing/boating excursion. Guests receive one adult & one child passage per day. Complimentary parking is included and shuttle service around Okaloosa Island and to Destin is provided by the Okaloosa County Transit should you decide not to drive. Stops are made at restaurants, shopping, beach locations and many local attractions. No Smoking, please.
