Our condo is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach just 4 miles west of Destin. The island is about 1000 feet wide with the Choctowhatchee Bay on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other. This is the only resort with both beach and bay access. Our condominium overlooks the Bay, lazy river and pools. It is one of a few that offers 4 heated pools, and it is the only resort on the island with a 700 foot lazy river (everyone loves this!!). A perfect place to relax in the sun. As an added treat, on occasion you can watch the Blue Angels practice overhead.

In addition, there is a 4900 square foot pool, a zero entry pool (great for the little ones), an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, a water spray park, three huge hot tubs for guests to relax in, and an elevated walkover to the beautiful white sand beaches.

Also, we have an incredible 2,500 square foot state of the art fitness center available to all guests. Absolutely the best on the island!! Not only does it have unsurpassed amenities, it is conveniently located from shopping, restaurants, The Fishing Pier/Boardwalk (great place to watch Dolphins at play), Island Golf, The Emerald Coast Convention Center and The Gulfarium.

Okaloosa Island is in a premium location just five minutes from Destin and its many attractions – perfect for your getaway.

This fourth floor unit maintains a "Platinum" rating in decor. It features nine foot ceilings, custom cabinetry throughout for plenty of storage, crown molding, and Corian® countertops. It is perfect for a family or couples getaway. In our luxurious unit, you can relax and enjoy all the amenities of an expensive resort, at an affordable price.

Our smoke-free condominium is completely and professionally furnished – just bring your clothes and sunscreen.

For those guests wanting to soak up the sun, you can float the lazy river, relax by the pool or head to the beach.

Need a break from the sun? We’ve furnished the condo with cards, board games, a variety of movies, ps2 games, and books for your enjoyment. If the movie selection isn’t what you are looking for, Blockbuster is just down the street.

The Master bedroom features a king size bed, 37 inch HD LCD TV with DVD, alarm clock, and private bath. You will feel right at home with two dressers, two nightstands, table lamps on dimmers, built-in ironing board with iron, and a large closet to place your belongings.

The master bathroom is tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space and includes a built-in hairdryer. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The bunk room has been designed and decorated for comfort and fun. It has its own 14 inch LCD TV with DVD player and a Sony Playstation II for the kid’s entertainment. Our kids love to play “Fort” in this area. Each bunk is equipped with its own private reading light.

The bunk area has its own dresser, with additional drawers available under the bed for generous storage. The bunk bath is also beautifully decorated with custom cabinetry, Corian® countertops, and a built-in hairdryer.

The condo has a fully-equipped and stocked kitchen with extras such as spices and crock pot for those who wish to dine in. Charcoal grills are available near the Lazy River.

Too tired to cook? Fort Walton Beach and Destin offer a large variety of fabulous restaurants to choose from. Check out our welcome binder which not only lists restaurant dining ideas, menus, and coupons, but things to do in the area as well such as shopping, fishing, golfing, amusement parks, etc.

The living room is decorated with leather furniture and is equipped with a 60 inch HDTV, DVD, VCR, and a surround sound stereo for your entertainment. We also have high speed wireless internet access so you don't miss anything important while on vacation.

The living room and balcony overlooks a beautiful view of the bay, the pool area with lazy river and the incredible lush landscaping. It is a great place to relax and have fun!

Covered parking is available for guests.

  • We highly recommend this condo! It is nicely decorated, clean and TONS OF FUN!!! Love the big TV and movie collection! The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities! The pool area/lazy river is the best in Florida!!! We have stayed here twice and plan to go back!!!

  • We rented the condo for a girl's weekend/bachelorette party and it was PERFECT! We loved it! The condo had all of the amenities of home and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. The view of the lazy river at night was awesome. We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and got in the lazy river even though it wasn't heated! The weather was perfect for January- highs were in the low to mid 70's. I'll definately book this condo again. Thanks Lori for everything!

  • We loved the condo! You all thought of everything, we had a great time. My children are 11 & 13 and loved the lazy river, I even had to get in and I never get in a pool. We would really love to stay in your condo again. Lori you were great to work with and provided us with all the information we needed. The book with shopping,restuarants and everything to do was great. I could go on and on but will stop by saying....thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We loved it.

  • We are very pleased at the clean, and well equipped condo. The Lazy river was being repaired so we could not use it. They are planning to put a walk-way over the busy highway, that will be a big asset to going across to the beach. We would stay in this area again and hope this condo will be available.

  • The condo was awesome! Very clean and tons of extras. The pools were fantastic. We floated on the lazy river so much and for so long that we became dizzy! (only kidding!) Plenty to do at the resort, even with a busy two year old. Also, a lot of great activities for families in the area. We definitely want to vacation at Destin West #404 again!

  • We had a great time at the beach and the condo was wonderful. You've dressed the place up nicely with all the amentities of home. The lazy river was a big hit! Our kids went around and around as we stayed close to the hot tubs. I look forward to the completion of the bridge in the near future. That will make it much easier to access the beach.
