The Rainbow Promenade has a large Movie Theater showing all the latest releases.
The home is also just minutes from Summerlin and Sunrise Mountain View Hospitals, and MANY golf courses. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. It is a quiet neighborhood, with a small lake close-by for walkers, bikers & joggers, or just to feed the ducks. The Las Vegas Strip and Downtown are a short drive of about 10 to 15 minutes.
