Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium on the SECOND FLOOR (unit 207) is located next to Coligny Plaza for easy access to dining and shopping and is only a TWO MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH (one block). It is a non-smoking unit. This unit sleeps 4-6.
BRAND NEW CARPET IN BOTH BEDROOMS - NOV 2011 . The living area has a NEW (SEPT 2010) QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA with a 5 inch innerspring mattress, NEW Flat screen Plasma TV, Cable TV, DVD and has Mexican tile throughout. The living area opens up onto a PRIVATE BALCONY with table and chairs that FACES PRIVATE HOMES. The kitchen has Corian countertops, breakfast bar with barstools, and all plates / dishes and cookware are provided. There is also a dining area with a glass top table and chairs.
The Master bedroom features a KING SIZE POSTER BED with NEW (SEPT 2010) comforter set, with private bathroom including a garden tub, seperate shower and vanity area. There is a large TV, DVD and VHS player in the Master bedroom. The second bedroom offers TWIN beds and a private bathroom with a combination shower / tub and vanity area. There is a small TV in the second bedroom. Linens and towels are provided.
As an added bonus there is a covered and gated garage for parking, a rooftop pool and jacuzzi on the 4th floor of the building, and access to two ocean fronts pool at our 'sister' building - SEACREST, and a washer and dryer in the unit. There is ELEVATOR access from the parking garage with a security system. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

When we arrived, my family said "Dad, you hit it this one out of the park!!" We couldn't have been more pleased with the unit, the location, the complex. Secure parking on the ground level was also a nice bonus, because it was raining when we arrived, so we just pulled inside, and took our luggage right up the elevator, no problem. The wifi and the TV's in the living room and both bedroom were a big help too. Proximity to Coligny Plaza is a nice bonus, most everything you need within walking distance. The unit was very, very quiet....we barely heard a peep from our neighbors.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have been traveling to HHI for the past 10+ years and EACH year have stayed at this condo complex. We have gone through 2 other agencies in the past and been in several of the condos from top to bottom. Hands down, this was the BEST and most IMMACULATE condo we have been in! You can't beat the location at all. Just a short walk across the street to the beach (great for families with small children). With Coligny Plaza right next door, you will find ALL of your shopping needs. Groceries across the street, entertainment at night, restaurants, things to purchase... you never need to get in your car. The condo complex has a gated and covered parking garage... you can't beat a cool car to get into during the hot summer months if you do need to travel in it while you are there. The check-in process was incredibly easy (with the management company the owners employ), and for someone who has OCD for cleanliness, it was absolutely awesome! The unit was EXTREMELY clean and tidy, absolutely everything was in order, down to the utensils in the drawers and cups on the shelves! You can definitely see the care in the property and the recently done soft-renovation was looking great! We would definitely recommend going through the owners and VRBO to book your next vacation. The owners respond to emails incredibly quickly. Our family looks forward to returning to #207 Northshore each year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
