Quiet, secure, third-floor unit in building 7 with a large lanai, newly and tastefully appointed throughout,centrally located within the resort complex with a marvelous view of the garden court yard and a peek-a-boo view of the ocean makes our unit very desirable and ensures a pleasurable and memorable vacation for you and your family.
The living room has a new FLAT SCREEN T.V./DVD PLAYER, new AIR CONDITIONER, dinette set, a new davenport that folds out into a comfortable double-sized bed, new coffee and end tables, and two new lounge chairs for the over-sized lanai.
The unit has been upgraded with new appliances, off-white 16-inch floor tile throughout, and washer/dryer, NEW KITCHEN/with island (black granite counter tops) and 2 NEW BATHROOMS (master bath & hallway bath). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, plates, etc.
NEW KING BED, NEW FLAT SCREEN T.V. and a new ceiling fan in addition to the new bathroom complete a very comfortable bedroom.
We suggest taking advantage of the many outdoor activities near our unit such as walking the beautiful Pacific Ocean million-dollar walk, swimming in our recently upgraded pool or the ocean just steps away, taking a breathtaking sunset cruise, and whale watching just to name a few. Kamaole Sands guests are also invited to complimentary Mai Tais and entertainment at pool side Wednesday's 3-5 p.m.
We visit our unit often to ensure it meets the expectation of all our guests. We enjoy it and Maui immensely. We know you will, too.

MY family has been coming to Maui for many years,and have stayed in this condo a number of times. We have enjoyed it alot . The owners keep it fully stocked with what you may need . The view of the garden and the grounds are lovely from the lanai it is a great way to start your day with a cup of coffee . I would recommend it to anyone to stay in.

My husband and I stayed for two weeks. We fell in love with the place and will definitely be back and stay in the same condo next year. The condo was extremely clean, the furniture was very nice, & beautiful view from the LARGE lanai! :) I would reccomend this condo to my friends & friends. Actually one of my friends them has already booked it for next year. This was the first time staying at this condo, we are (were) regulars at a neighboring complex but will definitely come back to this one from now on. The pictures really don't give this property justice! I thank the owners so very, very much for making our stay a genuinely AWESOME one!

What a gorgeous condo. Everything was new, including a very comfortable king bed. We especially like the large lanai that was nicely furnished. Very quiet, no noise. Nice view of the inner garden court from this 3rd floor dream come true condo. We're coming back next year and would recommend it to anyone.

Our family spent a week at the Kamaole Sands resort during 11/2010, and rented three condos. This 1-bedroom unit was a beautifully remodled condo, and we all celebrated Thanksgiving dinner there. It was by far the most outstanding condo of the 3 we rented. The kitchen is beautiful, and has everything we needed to cook and bar-b-que. The location is great--much quieter than those that are closer to the pool area. The lanai is large, with nice shade, and comfortable outside furniture--perfect for morning coffee and evening mai tais. You will find one of the nicest family beaches just steps away, with great snorkling in the reef. Local restaurants are nearby, and another fantastic snorkle and family beach just a mile away. The entire condo is gorgeous and we had a great vacation. Mahalo!
