Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

This home sleeps eight in three bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two twin beds, and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full baths. Sorry, NO PETS AND NO SMOKING are allowed in this house. Golf cart available through Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Rental. (Our home is located at 5208 E. Sandlapper Drive.)

You will need to provide linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. If you have not requested express check in, upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $3/day parking pass fee directly to Ocean Lakes.

We rent from Sat. to Sat. during the peak summer season and nightly off season with a 2-night minimum.

1. Owner agent, agrees to rent to the Renter(s) the premises located at 5208 Ocean Lakes, Myrtle Beach, SC for the term of ______nights.
Rental Dates: ________________________ Check in 3p.m.
Check out 10 a.m. (If you have opted to clean the house, check out is at noon.)

The rental rate for this period will be: $_____________.

We accept Master Card or Visa only for payment. (Please do not use debit cards, as most banks will refuse transactions over the internet exceed $600.) Renter agrees to pay agent the sum of $500.00 security/damage deposit at time of reservation. Renter agrees to pay all damages incurred to residence upon receipt of damage notification - sign below. Balance of rent is required by credit card 30 days prior to date of occupancy. The cleaning fee will be charged to your Master Card or Visa account if you choose to use that service. If you don't clean as agreed, you will be charged an additional $200 to your credit card.

2. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you are found to have pets on the property, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will forfeit your payment and deposit.

3. The premises shall be used for residential purposes only and Renter(s) shall peacefully and quietly occupy the same and shall not interfere with the rights of other Renters(s) or neighbors. Renter(s) shall permit no activities on the premises, which are contrary to any law, ordinance and/or any applicable health and/or fire department or insurance policy provisions. The Renter(s) shall not park or drive vehicles in an area that will obstruct any adjoining drive. (We have room for 2-3 regular-sized vehicles.)

4. The Renter(s) shall leave said premises in a clean and sanitary condition upon departure.

5. The Renter(s) agrees to comply with the list of Rules and Regulations for occupancy received at the time of signing rental agreement and also posted in premises.

6. Cancellation Policy: The required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified of cancellation sixty days (60) prior to Renter(s) scheduled arrival date. Should Renter(s) cancel within sixty days, Owner or Owners' agent will try to fill the canceled rental period. If rental period can be filled, the deposit will be returned to Renter(s) less $50. There will be no refund given after a tenant takes occupancy unless evacuation is required by Horry County due to hurricane. In this case, refunds will be prorated. From March until September, Thanksgiving week and Christmas season, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. At other times of year, not so much.

7. Renter(s) agree to report promptly to Owner or Owners' agent any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing or other problems with the premises.

8. Owners' agent, or the owner of said premises is not responsible for injury to Renter(s), their family or guests, or to damage to their personal property incurred during their stay. Renters, their family and guests bear the risk of any injury.

9. This home is posted as No Smoking, please respect this and smoke only outside the home.

10. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. No exceptions. Ocean Lakes rule.

We have been coming here since our teenagers were toddlers and this house was certainly the most beautiful place we've stayed. We had plenty of room and did without nothing. We met your neighbors our first night here and it has felt like home away from home ever since. My husband, Mike, hit it off with Cody right away. Cody even put a stereo in our golf cart. My son Michael, and his friend, Trey, will have many memories to share back home. From riding bikes to the late night talks with the girls two doors down from Lenoir, NC. After working up their appetities, they knew they could come in to your beautiful kitchen and get some lunch. We have never stayed in a place where we could just put our clothes away and feel right at home. You have everything here that anyone would ever need. That shows you are very thoughtful. There was nothing we needed that we didn't have! We enjoyed your neighbors, Cody and Anita, who were very helpful in all the things we wanted to know. You are fortunate to have great neighbors next door! It was nice to have plenty of TVs as we had four kids to watch them. We really enjoyed the porch and the small picnic table was enjoyed by our smallest two. It was nice gettin gyou know you by phone. We hate we didn't get to meet you after all.   • Our family just spent an AWESOME week in the most comfortable vacation home we have ever visited. The Kriegels provided everything we could have needed and more for our stay. In the past, we have stayed in hotels when visiting the beach. Choosing to stay with the Kriegels relieved us of having to hunt for parking near our room, long elevator rides carrying baggage back and forth to the car, and stuffing our family into two and a half rooms that clearly are not "home". All this for no more than the cost of a nice hotel. The Kriegel's beach house felt like "home" to us. We were even able to invite others of our family to join us. Mrs. Kriegel has gone the extra mile to decorate the home with her own creative touches that added to the enjoyment of our stay. The week we spent there on East Sandlapper Drive was our first real vacation in several years. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to make it a tradition in the years to come.
