We offer you our comfortable home, "Casa Nanaimo", in a residential neighborhood in Villa Obregon, three and a half blocks from the beach, a 20 minute walk to the center of Melaque, one block to the bus stop. Nestled in a tropical garden, our house comprises TWO IDENTICAL APARTMENTS. Each tastefully furnished apartment offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bordering the Laguna del Tule, we are blessed with an abundance of songbirds, and you might even catch a glimpse of the resident crocodiles. From the back garden you can step onto the new Laguna Andador to enjoy a stroll along the edge of the lagoon. The garden-level apartment opens onto a patio in the tropical garden where hibiscus and bougainvillea bloom year-round, and you are welcome to pick mangoes and limes in season. The Apartment Sol leads to a rooftop terrace for sunbathing with privacy and viewing sunsets over the ocean. Common area includes the utility patio where you have access to an automatic washer and lines for drying your clothes. We restrict smoking to outside areas.
Rental includes weekly maid service and gardener. The manager is bilingual.
CHOOSE ONE OF TWO APARTMENTS:
APARTMENT JARDIN (sleeps 4): this two-bedroom garden-level apartment has one queen and one double bed. It has a separate entrance to the garden, and is cool and shady all day.
APARTMENT SOL (sleeps 4): this is the upstairs apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a queen. It is bright and sunny, looks down over the garden and is just below the rooftop terrace.
