Come relax and enjoy the beauty of Green Valley, Arizona. The Springs at Santa Rita is a gated age 55 plus community approximately 30 minutes south of Tucson, that offers everything right at your fingertips.

If you are looking for something very clean and like new, you have found it-- as our 1300 sq.ft.townhouse was built in 1998 and only lived in 3-4 months out of every year! This immaculate, two bedroom, two bathroom, smoke-free, pet-free townhouse is a short walk to one of Green Valleys newest Recreation Centers-- featuring a sparkling pool, hot tub, exercise room, arts and crafts,internet and more. Everything you will need for an enjoyable stay is provided. Situated on an oversized corner lot with a common area behind and another directly across the street, allows for additional privacy. There is no unit directly behind you!! There are nice mountain and sunrise views from the patio, dining room, living room, and master bedroom to be enjoyed as you relax.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet. All the master bedroom furniture, 27" flat screen TV, bedding and decor is newer. Two new night stands, dresser and TV armoire are also in the master bedroom for storage and convenience. An adjoining master bath has dual seating shower, new towels and decor, and a nice,long vanity.

The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds that can be placed together to make a large bed if desired. A new computer with high speed internet and a printer is located in the 2nd bedroom for your personal use while vacationing. Keep in touch with friends and family through e-mail or pay your bills online--it's there for your use during your stay. The 2nd bedroom is located at the opposite end of the house, giving privacy for family members or guests. A second full bath with tub and shower is adjacent to this bedroom.

The kitchen and dining area is right off of a sliding door leading to a patio that is facing the mountains. A table and 4 chairs and 2 bar stools give plenty of seating in the dining room. A gas grill, table and chairs are located on the patio. Three skylights and nine foot ceilings with lots of windows makes this unit light and airy.

There is also plenty of seating in the open living room, which includes a new 37" LCD TV and a new DVD player. A washer and dryer is in the two-car attached garage with a skylight for your convenience. Free internet and a printer are available too. Talk to your family and surf the net while on vacation!!

If you enjoy walking or jogging, there is a one-mile paved walking trail with gorgeous mountain views and a golf course adjacent to The Springs.

  • This vacation rental lived up to what I expected and more. The location was private and quiet, living space was very comfortable, the rental was very clean, plenty of dishes and silverware, Internet was included, three TV's (very convenient), and a full array of things in stock like extra toilet paper and paper towels, there were beach towells for the pool, a washer/dryer, and even cleaning supplies if you need them. The pool/clubhouse were close by and never crowded. This place was set up to relax and meet the needs of a very fussy traveler like me. I highly recommend this property.

  • We want to thank the Studors for allowing us to rent their townhouse in Green Valley. It was everything we wanted. After renting for 15 years in Green Valley it was the best of all rentals. We particularly enjoyed the fully stocked amenities in the home, including use of the computer, privacy of the unit with no restricted views.   • This the second time we have been to Green Valley. The townhouse was everything we could want in a rental property. The bed in the master was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the internet to make our golf bookings. We liked the location (very quiet) and my husband very much enjoyed the rec centre for exercise. We will plan another holiday to this part of world.

  • 2/28/08 We stayed in the Townhouse for 2 mounths and it was Great. The Springs is a Great area to spend time in Green Valley Az. The Townhouse had everthing you need , HI Speed Internet,Cable,and Bar-B-Q as a few examples. The Patio faced East so the daily Sunrise over the Moutains was Great. Plan to go back next year.   • We stayed in this townhouse for one month. It was nice a clean & we had every thing we needed - even Hi Speed Internet - just like home. There was a terrific pool & gym just down the street, great golf courses and hiking trails in the area. We had a really enjoyable holiday and will certainly be back. I would certainly recommend this townhouse.

  • This townhouse is first class accomodation and is equipped with everthing one needs.The double garage, housing the laundry,with access from the townhouse,is convenient.There is a lovely rec. center a 5 mimute walk away.A paved walking trail provide great views of the adjacent golf course and the majestic mountains.This location is close to Tuscon shopping and attractions and a great base for 1 to 2 hours day trips to an abundance of natural, historic and man-made attractions; we took a different day trip almost every day during our three weeks.We ceratainly recommend location 60462.

  • We spent the last 8 days at this townhouse in Green Valley, AZ. The townhouse is much prettier than the online pictures portray. I've rented other condos before, and this is the first one that is equipped with everything you need, such as laundry soap, paper products, basic cooking supplies etc. The unit is very clean and the mountain view is great. When looking for a place to rent, make sure your view is not obstructed and is not directly behind another unit for privacy. This unit is perfect for both mountain view and privacy.

  • At then end of our 5 week stay in this lovely townhouse, we hated to come home. Being able to enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the Santa Rita Mountains from the patio and living room window was a great way to start the day. Because there was no townhouse right behind us, gave us additional privacy too. We had a ball at the casino down the road and actually came back as winners! The owners gave us a map with good directions to the townhouse and a list of their favorite places to eat and things to do. We would highly recommend staying at this very clean, nicely decorated townhouse.

  • We just recently spent 11 days in this beautiful townhouse. It was one of the nicest vacations we have ever had. The townhouse was beautiful and comfortable. It was beautifully decorated also. It had such a lovely view of the Sant Rita Mts. We enjoyed the paved walking paths too. And the springs had a beautiful pool and hot tub also. We highly reccomend this property.
