Facing north, my condo boasts a spectacular view of the glistening turquoise-green waters that’s simply breathtaking. Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde, a major tourism area, enjoy direct beach access from my condo or take a refreshing swim in the private pool only available to guests of the complex. Benefit from the convenience of being steps away from the main avenue, major hotels\casinos (Wyndham ESJ, Ritz Carlton, Intercontinental, Marriot, Embassy Suites), restaurants, fast-food chains, supermarkets, convenience stores, 24 hour ATMs, and transportation. Just 10 minutes away, visit the charming old city of San Juan or take a tour of the Bacardi Rum factory. My property also offers the added advantage of a private and secure parking for one vehicle. Take pleasure in island excursions with peace of mind of having parking upon your safe return.
If cooking a wonderful meal is your preference, then take charge in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, blender and convection stove/oven. Dishes and cooking utensils are also at your disposal. For your viewing pleasures, there is a TV, and DVD player with multichannel cable and a collection of recent popular movies. Internet Access, telephone service, mini stereo, radio/cd player are all available in this unit. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized and very comfortable bed and a bedside table and lamp. For organization and tidiness, a closet organizer unit was built into the bedroom closet, offering 6 drawers. Other amenities include extra bedding for two on a full-sized (extra thick) futon, above ground twin sized airbed with frame, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. For children traveling with their parents, there are two boogie boards and snorkeling equipment provided. If it rains, the apartment is stocked with games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Chess, Checkers, Solitaire, Tic Tac Toe, Backgammon, Twister, Dominoes and deck of playing cards.

Having grown up in New York City, I decided to study at the University of Puerto Rico during my undegrad. Academia in an outdoor tropical setting was an unforgettable experience, so I decided to buy a home by the beach. I am a professional living in NYC, managing my own apt in Puerto Rico. I travel quarterly to care for my home and attend important condo association meetings.
Why the Owner Chose Isla Verde
As a city girl, I thought that a condo at this location will give me all the conveniences of city life, yet be able to bask in the peaceful tropical sunrise and sunsets.

Great apartment with the best view and location. Just steps to the beach, a few more to the best casinos and hotels in the area. Close to all kinds of restaurants. Minutes away to the historic district. ( Old San Juan). On your way to the rain forest. (about 45 minutes.) Stop at the Outlets, or at the local beach and have some of the local food . The apartment offers everything you can posible need. Internet access,a/c, Parking, Pool,Beach, small bar by the beach, security,. Will recommend 100% AAA+++

Excelent location just a few minutes from the airport. Major hotels, casinos and night life just a walk away. The beach is right out the front door too. The gated parking lot was definentaly needed. Not much street parking. But pay parking was just around the corner, so local friends could park just down the block. The condo was clean and well furnished. Everything needed for my stay. The building was also well taken care of and staff and security friendly and helpful at all hours of the day or night. Will definentaly be at the top of my list for further visits.

We were party of four comprising different ages and cultures coming from Chicago. We were very pleased with the apartment - the description on the website was accurate and location was superb for us - right on the beach and at the same time very close to public transportation, restaurants and shops.The neighborhood combines advantages of being somewhat touristy (with all the big hotels nearby) and therefore having restaurants, car rental companies, tour agencies, etc., with an authentic Puerto Rican experience. The owner was very helpful and accommodating all the way through. We had a great time!

THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME STAYING HERE AND WE LOVED IT. THE CONDO WAS JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR THE 2 OF USE AND WE FOUND ALOT TO DO. THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND THE A/C WAS HEAVENLY. INTERNET WAS A MUST HAVE FOR USE AND IT WORKED VERY GOOD, LOST IT 2 TIME IN 9 DAYS. WE HUGE ARE ANIMAL LOVER WE FEED THE DOGS ON THE ISLAND. WE FINALLY FOUND A PLACE WE LOVED TO EAT IN OLD SAN JUAN ACROSS FROM THE PARKING GARAGE GREAT FOOD. WE DID SOME SHOPPING AND SIGHTSEENING. CAN WAIT TO COME BACK THANKS

Isla Verde oceanfront condo

Spent eight nights April 24- May 2 at this spacious one bedroom direct oceanfront condo at the center of Isla Verde Beach. Located on the 10th floor it offered a panoramic view of the beach below. No problems what-so-ever checking in. The free parking space inside a remote controlled locking gate was an added bonus. Apartment was very clean and had all the necessities including free wi-fi. It is in a condo building, so it is self catering, but there is a large Pueblo supermarket very close by, Restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Certainly by far the best value you will find in San Juan. Not luxurious, but clean and well maintained. Only two of us stayed, but the large living room could accomodate two other children or teenagers and still have privacy. Definately enjoyed day trips to El Junque rain forest, and day trip by ferry to Culebra and Vieques. Of all the islands in the Caribbean we have visited, the people of Puerto Rico are the most friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great location on the beach for the best value, but not requiring pampering service,

We spent four nights in this apartment, two adults and two teenagers. The place was in a great location, across the street from a beautiful sandy beach. You wake up hearing the ocean. It has eveything you need, even beach chairs, beach towels, pool, AC, etc. It is close to the airport which was great for us since we arrived late and left early. There is TV with cable, internet and so on. There are a couple of markets from a walking distance to bring food to the apartment. Anything bad about it?...mmm...I can't think of anything. Great place. I would highly recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the time spent in the apartment. Besides its' convenient location and charming street it's on, we were awed by the spectacular ocean view. It is well furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want or need. The bar/restaurant right on the beach contributed to a delightful and relaxing experience. One slight issue, the day prior to our departure, rain leaked through the locked sliding doors. However, a call to the owner offered prompt repair/attention Altogether, it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

I would recommend this location to everyone. My husband ,mother as well as myself enjoyed every moment there the condo is well secured with seq on premises the ocean view is a dream you'll love watching the sun rise and sun set from the condo we stood at the location for 8 days and loved it when you exit the condo on the ocean side there's a bar which also sells great food you can walk the beach front at any hour and feel safe the only thing is if you get sand on your feet be sure to take a tow with you to wipe it off the back door to the pool area closes at 7pm so you won't be able to rince it off. Your close to the main roads so if you plan to visit diffrent places it should be easy to find your way. fair warning if you will be going to the Moro take the trolly because you won't be able to find parking. Trust me when I say this is the place to rent it's affordable and the view alone is worth a fortune not to mention the sequrity there are friendly and willing to answer any of your quesitons.

Staying at the apartment really made our trip to PR. The location on the beach was awesome. We slept with the window open and enjoyed the breeze blowing in during the night. The view was breathtaking. Our pictures caught the beautiful sunsets and the ocean at dusk. I would like to have them all framed. We did a lot of cooking in the apartment so we saved a little to allow us to take a few tours when we left and moved to the island. I wished I had reserved the entire 9 days of our vacation but I was a little too late. The 6 days with a parking spot at the apartment was truly magical. I plan to return and I hope the apartment is available. PS.. we really enjoyed the CD player and playing chess.
