Pristine, bright upper level end unit at the beautiful Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod! Very nicely furnished and decorated with cathedral ceilings and air conditioning. Located on a quiet lane, the back deck overlooks a pond and woods and the front deck has views of the golf course and woods.
Two large bedrooms (queen and two twins), two full baths and a queen pullout couch. Cable TV, two TVs/VCR and DVD. Premium cable, free long distance phone, Broadband WiFi provided in the condo. Linens available for additional fee.
It is a short walk to pools (three outdoor and one indoor), kids pools, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, basketball, driving range, kids playgrounds. Pool Passes available. Golf and tennis schools are available in summer.
The Cape Cod bike trail to National Seashore passes through Ocean Edge and bike rentals are available on site. Several very nice restaurants are also located on site. Ocean Edge is also convenient to beautiful ocean beaches, Brewster and Orleans, and the outer Cape.
During the summer, activities for families are offered several times weekly in the evenings such as movies or cookouts at the pool with a live band. Day activities are offered for kids five days a week.

We came for a seminar nearby. This condo was a great home-base for us. It was close to everything we needed. Although somewhat "worn" (stains on carpet in living room and screen door to deck stuck a little), I thought it was still in great shape for our needs. the decorating theme was right up my alley (seaside, lighthouses). It is a upper level unit accessible only by stairs from the outside (not a problem for us.).The owner was very user-friendly, was very easy to work with. He had a lot of patience with all of my questions beforehand and always responded very quickly.
Owner response:We are glad "living the dream" found our condo so enjoyable. We have had the carpets cleaned and cleaned out the track for the screen door. If there is ever a problem with the condo, please let us know and we will take care of it right away.
