Cozy condominium located on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key, just over the Stickney Point Bridge on Midnight Pass Road, allowing easy access on and off the island. The condo is located just a short walk from award winning Crescent Beach and many shops, restaurants and a grocery store.
This one bedroom, one bathroom completely furnished 2nd floor condominium is immaculate, with very comfortable furniture. We updated our condo last fall with fresh paint, a new king pillow top mattress, new furniture and a new television for the living room. This month we installed new ceramic tile in the dining room, kitchen and our newly remodeled bathroom.
Sliding glass doors open from the living room to a screened lanai where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather and eat your meals.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you'll need to feel completely at home during your stay.
Nearby Crescent Beach has been named one of the top ten beaches of the world year after year. The soft white sand and beautiful sunsets remind you time and again of why you chose to come to Siesta Key for your vacation. At the condo we have beach chairs and a sturdy beach cart that holds the chairs, cooler, and all your beach gear to make your short walk (three tenths of a mile)to the beach easy.
If you want, you can also visit Turtle Beach or Siesta Key Beach which both have outstanding amenities. Turtle Beach is two miles to our south and Siesta Key Beach is two miles to our north. Crescent Beach is across the street, allowing Siesta Key to boast three phenomenal beaches.
There is no smoking in our unit and pets are not allowed.

We had a wonderful time staying at Mitch's place. The beach is across the street and the complex is super quiet! The bed was very comfortable and the condo is a nice size very roomy. We will back as soon as we can! Bruce and Patty

Myhusband and I are going for the second time to this lovely place, easy acces to the beach and shopping. The condo is wel maintaint and we had very good dealings with the owner.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
