Welcome to Beach Schnapps, our relaxing getaway in Old Florida Village in Santa Rosa Beach! This neighborhood is on the north side of Scenic Hwy. 30-A - just a short walk to the beach. Or you can drive or ride a bike to the beach access.
Beach Schnapps is located in the middle of Old Florida Village near one of the swimming pools. The house has three bedrooms and a bunk room in the tower. There is a queen room, a queen master, a king master and the bunk room which has a full/twin bunk and a full sleeper sofa. Also, the den has a full sleeper sofa.
If you have a larger group you can rent our other houses in the neighborhood, Coast Office and Millions of Beaches. With those house we can accomodate up to 30 people comfortably -great for family reunions!
You will love the beachy, comfortable feel of this house. The denim sectional and deep coral entertainment center in the den is so cozy and so are the colorful bedrooms with their bright quilts. Each bedroom has a TV/entertainment center, nightstands and a dresser. So does the bunk room which is a great little escape for kids or grown ups.
On the first floor, you'll find the open kitchen/den/dining area as well as a queen bedroom, a full bath and two porches. In the kitchen, you'll have all you need and then some. We've really tried to stock the kitchen. There's a big pantry for your use, also. This first floor bedroom has turquoise walls and a great, striped Pottery Barn quilt on the bed. The wooden furniture in this room is white. The bathroom has fun, red walls and the rest of the first floor as well as the hall and stairwell are a beautiful, sunny yellow.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms as well as the laundry and a huge hall closet. One bedroom is a king master suite with a porch. This room has wonderful, orange/deep coral walls and a bright patchwork quilt. The wooden furniture in this room is black. There's also a lime green chair and ottoman for your comfort.
The other bedroom on the second floor is a queen master suite with a porch, also. This room is painted a welcoming, bright green and has a colorful, striped quilt on the bed. The wooden furniture in this room is yellow.
The stairwell goes up one more level to get to the tower room which is a bunk room. This room is great for kids but can definitely be comfortable for adults as well. It's a huge room decorated with yellow walls. The quilts are red with a paisley print that has little bits of yellow, orange and blue. There's a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There's a red dresser, a red entertainment center, red end tables and a yellow and white striped sleeper sofa with a full size bed.
