Our luxurious Villa is located within Sandestin Resort, the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. Sandestin is seven miles east of Destin, FL. The 2400 acre resort has seven miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and is world famous for its sugar white beaches and turquoise-blue water.
LOCATIOIN: Our villa has a great resort location, centrally located between beach access and Baytowne Wharf. Enter Main Bayside Security Entrance, take first left on Audubon Drive, approx 1/4 mile on right, quiet cul-de-sac of four villas.
This 1300 square foot Villa is situated directed on the golf course with a beautiful scenic unobstructed view. The villa was totally renovated and redecorated with new furnishings in Spring '05. Renovations include ceramic tile and limestone flooring throughout the entire home.
The kitchen renovations include limestone countertops, new stainless steel appliances, sink and faucet, and new dinnerware, cookware, and utensils.
Bedroom/Bath #1 has king bed, whirlpool tub with ceramic tile shower, large walk-in closet, new furnishings and linens, and cable TV.
Bedroom/Bath #2 has two queen beds, two-person ceramic tile shower with six surrounding shower heads, double closet, new furnishings and linens, and cable TV.
Our smoke-free villa also offers a dining room with seating for 6; living room with sofa-sleeper/loveseat/chair, and armoire containing 27" cable TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo with Bose sound system; laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board; furnished screened-in patio; and carport for covered parking.
BEACH/SWIMMING POOL: Great Destin rental for couples and families - drive directly up to the front door, making unloading groceries and luggage a breeze. The gulf beach is a mere ten minute walk or short bike ride away. Our villa is also within walking distance of our neighborhood pool.
Discover the VILLAGE AT BAYTOWNE WHARF where shopping and dining are just seconds away from your villa. Nice shops and wonderful restaurants with everything from cajun, seafood, barbeque, Starbucks Coffee or a French bistro. Enjoy live music while relaxing next to the water at the marina.

1) Cancellation Policy - More than 14 days before arrival you may either receive 50% refund or switch dates receiving the 100% credit
2) Check-in time is 3:00 pm CST. Check-out time is 11:00 am CST.
3) No pets allowed.
4) To rent this Villa you must be 25 years of age or older. No rentals will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25.
5) MAXIMUM occupancy of 8; may only be maximum of 6 adults.
6) The person(s) renting shall occupy the Villa, No subletting.
7) $300 refundable damage deposit is required. It will be refunded after cleaning service completes inspection.
8) Non-compliance with 3,4,5, or 6 will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all funds paid.
