Casa Quetzal (pronounced ket-zal) is a delightful fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located very conveniently to the main square of town and to the waterfront. The entire home has been completely remodeled, yet retains the charm of the original. There is a separate living and dining area and a fully furnished kitchen adorned with hand painted Mexican tiles.
The entire home is decorated in a tropical theme and both the rattan and Mexican rustic furniture is custom made and upholstered. The villa is adorned by many pieces of interesting original art work of varios mediums.
The large, lush tropical garden has also been completely renovated to include a large palapa for shade in the day or romantic dinners in the evenings, gas BBQ grill, dive/snorkel gear rinse and drying station, outdoor shower and a tiled fresh water swimming pool with a charming fountain. The garden include palms, ivies, banana trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and lime trees.

For up to 4 people: $1086/wk Jan-Apr, $960/wk May-Aug, $850/wk Sept-mid Dec.
Add $75/wk per person for each additional person, up to a maximum of 6 people
including children or infants.
Rates do not include the 12% Local fees or the refundable $300 security deposit.
