This two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath, luxury 2 story condominium is located just above the charming shops of Downtown Carillon and across from Lake Carillon. With a large patio deck for dining al fresco overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Carillon. It sits in the heart of all of the Downtown Carillon activities and shopping, yet it is still just a short walk to the beach. The new Pier Park movie theatre, shopping and dining district is within a 10 minute drive.
This two level condominium includes a master suite upstairs with a brand new King bed, sitting area overlooking the gulf and lake, full bathroom, cable TV and DVD player. The second bedroom also upstairs features two twin beds, full bathroom, and cable TV, as well.
The lower level has a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and separate dining room. The large balcony on the lower level is a great venue for morning coffee or sunset cocktails and overlooks downtown with views of the lake, the gulf, downtown Fountain Square, and the Village Green.
The beach is an easy, three-minute stroll and the area is flush with swimming pools (three at Carillon), golf courses, fitness clubs, tennis courts, kayaking, cycling, and just about any other tropical outdoor activity one could desire.
The brand new Carillon Beach Fitness Center has just opened and is located in Downtown Carillon across the walkway from our condo.
Groceries, movies, restaurants, videos, and all the essentials for family vacationing are within one- to three-mile radius. Bienvenue!

Stayed at condo for my daughter's wedding. Condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Looks just like the photos. Close to everything. Only a couple of issues-Shower in guest bedroom had no pressure and the cell phone reception was awful. Made it difficult to communicate with family members. Carillon is a great locale for a wedding and the pools and beaches were wonderful! Community looks like the Truman Show movie. Wedding and food were terrific! They know what they are doing. Complex also had activities for adults and children during the week in the evenings. Dining recommendations off the grounds, George's(pricey but very good), Angelina's (family Italian), and Coram's(great family breakfast). Castaways on the grounds- very good. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
