Our beautiful, spacious, three-level, oceanfront villa has three bedrooms, each with a terrace. Two terraces have an ocean view and the third terrace has a lagoon view. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and satellite television. The master bedroom also features a jacuzzi. Downstairs, there is a fully-furnished living room with a patio that has access to the two-level swimming pool and spa. There is a dining room which seats six, and a fully-equipped kitchen. An additional bathroom is located on the ground level. Daily maid service is available for a charge and room service is available.
The villa is located in the hotel zone at the Omni Hotel directly across from gourmet restaurants, convenience stores, banks, water sports activities, and fast food for the kids.
In addition to the two-level swimming pool with swim-up bar, the complex also has three restaurants for oceanfront or pool-side snacks, and fine dining, including Da Vinci which prepares wonderful Italian cuisine.
The complex also has well-equipped exercise facilities, a beauty salon, and full use of all hotel amenities. You will have to check out Kuku's Bar, located directly on the beach with swing chairs and a jacuzzi.

Susan and Steve live in Minnesota. We have 2 grown daughters who live in California, and a son who is in the 11th grade. Susan is from N.Y. and Steve is from California. We have lived in Minnesota since 1993. Steve has worked for U.P.S. for 35 years and Susan takes care of the home. We love traveling and especially spending time at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Omni
We purchased this villa after several trips to Cancun. Living in Minnesota where the winters are long and cold, we love to get away to a warm spot and Cancun is so convenient.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Our villa is right on the beach and is located on the property of the Omni Hotel. There are an unlimited number of restaurants and shops nearby making our effort an easy one and our experience fantastic every time we are there. Also, our location at the Omni gives us access to all hotel amenities and they do a fantastic job maintaining our villa when we are gone.

Loved the Villa

We stayed in the Villa for one week in January with our two boys, ages 18 and 20. Typically in Cancun we would have to rent two units, but we wanted something where we could be together. It's a very nice unit with everything you'd need. Nice sized kitchen with full fridge, big living space, kitchen table for 6, walk out the sliding glass door and across the grass to get to the pool area (very convenient). I slept really good - usually I don't the first night or two. Air conditioning worked great- they have zoned controls, so each bedroom, the kitchen and the living area all had temp controls. It was nice and cool when we arrived. Wi-fi is available for purchase - we did this only one day and were able to get online right in the villa. There are 3 computers in the Omni available for guest use free of charge (printer in there too). The property is on a really nice part of the beach - we were in the water almost every day. Pools are nice, water cool, but it feels just right on a hot day. Walked to Aqua World for excursions that we booked at the activity desk. Never once approached by timeshare sales. Front desk very nice & helpful. Beautiful views from the windows/patios. Each room had a small patio with furniture. Each room had it's own bathroom. It was so nice not to feel like we were on top of each other the whole trip. There's a small store across the street if you need some groceries, water bottles, etc. We did half our trip all-inclusive. Cost was $99. per day per person. Breakfast buffet good, but we all liked lunches the best - couple different options and we didn't even go to the buffet because the other options were good. Pool side and beach side service was good. Sushi bar was awesome, and they are adding a Taco bar, which will be really nice. Overall a great family vacation for us - we hope to get back there again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
