Our place is professionally cleaned between each rental. We pride ourselves in maintaining a clean place so you can enjoy your time at the shore. Sorry, we do not permit smoking or pets.
This condo is very baby friendly to keep your little ones safe and secure. It comes supplied with a high chair, crib, baby gates, and outlet covers throughout.
We are very safety conscious. Our unit features: Fire Safety Inspected by the North Wildwood Fire Dept,(2)Fire extinguishers, Carbon Monoxide detectors, Smoke alarms (interconnected) in EVERY room and hallway, NO STREETS TO CROSS TO ACCESS BEACH AND BOARDWALK, Emergency lighting and exit signs at both entrances, Outgoing telephone line for emergency calls, Kitchen cabinets secured by kid-resistant latches, First Aid kit for emergencies.
We supply everything you need for the beach: Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Cooler with wheels, a Beach Cart to haul all your stuff to the beach.
There is a large book and movie collection and plenty of video games to choose from.
ENOUGH ROOM FOR 2 FAMILIES TO SHARE! Almost 1,900 square feet of living space.
There is handicap access with a handicap bathroom on the first floor complete with shower.
The first floor has an inviting family room with a bar area, flat screen TV with DVD and video games, a full bathroom (handicap accessible) complete with walk-in shower and a queen size sleeper sofa. GREAT entertaining area! This room is perfect for those grander family members that may have more limited mobility, as well as the younger ones that need some place to be, well, young.
The MAIN floor features another LARGE family room, separate dining room, full kitchen, full-size laundry, 3 bedrooms, and 2 more full bathrooms.
The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen includes upgraded appliances, breakfast bar with 3 stools, premium cabinets, corian counters and almost every kitchen gadget imaginable. There is even a large seafood stock-pot for a real beach feast. There is a gas stove and full-size refrigerator. If cooking is not in your plan, the Vegas Diner, a ‘traditional’ Jersey diner, and A & LP (great cheese steaks, subs, pizza) are only 4 blocks away and are open late 7 days a week. For breakfast and lunch, try Pompei's on the boardwalk (great food and views).
The carpeted Great Room offers casual, beach décor seating with a queen sleeper sofa. The large dinning table seats 8 comfortably and, directly adjacent, there is seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. There is also a cozy corner with a chair, perfect for reading or dreaming about the lobster dinner you are planning for that night. All will enjoy the Great Room’s centrally placed, large TV, DVD player, VCR and high-end surround sound system, which are also easily viewed from the kitchen because of the wide-open floor plan.
The Great Room leads to your large, private deck. The patio table and chairs allow you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean while dining al fresco.
The LARGE, romantic master suite features a queen size bed, dresser, 2 night stands and its own well-appointed large, private bathroom. Also, there is plenty of room for the crib or extra air mattress.
All bedrooms and family rooms feature flat screen TV's with cable. The bedrooms also have upgraded mattresses throughout to get a good night’s sleep after a long day.

The Beach: Access is at your door, just 1 1/2 blocks away!
Even though our beach home is comfortable, you will find yourselves drawn to the beach and ocean. The beach is FREE, so bring the whole gang.
You should never find the beach overcrowded because of limited parking in the area and a mostly residential population.
We provide a beach cart, beach umbrella, rolling cooler, beach chairs, beach mats, some water/sand toys and a 6 body-surfing boards. The life guard station is located just 2 blocks from your beach entrance, which will enhance the safety of your ocean dip.
Parking for you will never be a problem as there is parking for 3 cars off-street.
The property is centrally located on the corner of Surf Ave and 12th Ave in North Wildwood, 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. North Wildwood is known to be more of a family area as opposed to Wildwood. And did I mention the beach is FREE!

We stayed for a week with my husband and three kids. It was close to the beach there was a beach buggy to lug all our gear to and from. The location could not be beat close to Russo's market(they have everything) and also a great ice cream place open late. The condo was so clean!!!!!!!! Even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Also loved the free wifi and the private patio. Can't wait to go again!!! I would recommend this property to anyone but especially to families with small children they had everything from baby gates to high chairs. The owners were also very attentive at getting you any information that you needed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

About the owner: My wife and I grew up in Pennsylvania, but we LOVE the ocean. We found ourselves drawn to the Jersey Shore. As our family grew, we found North Wildwood to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just amazed the first time we took them to the Boardwalk.
