This beautifully furnished and modern 1330 square foot condo is located at the 11th green with spectacular mountain and double fairway views. The second story condo features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and living and dining areas with a wet bar and gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors through plantation shutters off the living room leads to the main south-west facing deck with natural gas barbecue. A second deck off the kitchen is great for your morning sun and coffee. The living room has a brand new 40" flat screen t.v. with free HD premier movie channels and over 100 digital channels.
The master suite has a king-size bed with TV, access to the main deck, and its own bathroom, including a large two-sink vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds with it's own TV and a full bathroom. Added sleeping capacity may be made by special arrangement.
A separate laundry room contains a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. There is an attached two-car garage with automatic garage door opener. New furnishings include leather sofa, loveseat, recliner, beds, kitchen and laundry appliances. Equipped with wireless high speed internet and FREE long distance calling in North America. A large heated swimming pool and spa are only a few seconds away.
Desert Falls Country Club has one of the top rated golf courses (which guests can play) in the Coachella Valley. There is also 9 lighted tennis courts and a first class fitness center, both of which are available to our guests at no charge. Why the Owner Chose Desert Falls Country Club
Desert Falls Country Club is conveniently located to everything. It has terrific ammenities, services, and social functions, that EVERYONE can use or join. We found that most Country Clubs only allow members or owners these privileges. It is a gated and guarded community which provides us peace of mind.
Our view is beautiful. From the main deck overlooking two fairways the sunrises on the mountains are stunning and the sunsets are a great way to relax and end each day.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My husband loves to golf and I love to play tennis. But we both love to take long walks in the neighbourhood, or to the grocery store, or even the Marriot night club.
We like to try all the different pools.
The shopping is fabulous. The Outlet stores are awesome. And our favorite happy hour spot is the Elephant Bar.
But my favorite time is having a cup of coffee on our morning deck off the kitchen while my husband enjoys a freshly picked grapefruit from our tree.

We have been coming to Palm Desert for 20 years and from our very first visit we knew we wanted to buy here. We can hardly wait to escape from our rainy climate to the warmth of the desert. It's home in a resort. It's wonderful.
We have been bringing our 4 children here over the years and now that they have grown they come on their own and they love it just as much as we do.

Very clean & comfortable condo with everything you need for a Palm Springs get-away. Erna made the whole experience easy, and even provided us with New Years Eve recommendations (J.W Marriot which worked out perfectly). Always a treat to glance out the back patio doors just as someone landed a chip shot or sunk a putt!! We would book here again and have already recommended it to friends.

This a wonderful condo and the pictures are just what you get upon arrival. The view of the mountains and the eleventh green are beautiful and quite entertaining watching the putts. It is in an excellent location - an easy walk to the tennis courts and newly updated workout room. Also about a mile to the Starbucks in the Marriott Resort. This is our fourth or fifth year renting this condo and we have already put down our deposit for next November.
