Private access to Moose Pond (actually a 13 mile long lake) with a private swimming dock and raft is less than 10 minutes by foot. You'll be less than a 5 minute walk to the Needle's Eye ski trail leading to the east lift of Shawnee Peak ski area in the winter and have immediate access to hiking and biking on the mountain the rest of the year.
This three level townhouse is comfortably furnished and features such amenities as a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and deck with tranquil views (especially during fall foliage) and gas barbeque. Besides lake and ski access, nearby activities include a drive-in theater; hiking, cross-country, and mountain biking trails; antique shopping; and rafting on the Saco River.
