In addition to premier furnishings and a state-of-the-art stainless steel and granite kitchen with all amenities, the main floor also boasts a theater room with 56-inch high definition TV / DVD with surround sound for ultimate enjoyment.
This open-air* vacation home is a natural 'fit' on Cape San Blas, Florida, where sparsely populated beaches, incredible sunsets and abundant wildlife have contributed to its recently being named one of the best beaches in the USA!
Other amenities include private swimming pool with sun deck, three levels of screened porches, enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower, TV/ DVD combinations in two of the three upstairs bedrooms, telephones in all upstairs bedrooms, washer and dryer, free wireless high speed DSL internet access, free long distance calling, an incredible video & game library, and a hot tub large enough to accommodate six adults.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: two queen beds (sleep 4); one double bed (sleeps 2); one bunk bed (sleeps 2); two sleeper sofas (sleep 4); and one single sleeper ottoman that can be moved to different areas of the house, as needed (sleeps 1). The master bedroom opens onto a private balcony, perfect for romantic sunsets or morning coffee.
The two additional upstairs bedrooms open onto a shared screened porch, complete with hammock and wicker porch grouping. Curl up with a book, or snuggle in the hammock and listen to the ocean!
