This private cabin is located on 120 acres of riverfront property and is set off about 100' from the main house. It is furnished with one double bed, a set of bunk beds, a crib and two queen beds, a day bed, television, CD player/Stereo and reading bench and chair. The smaller bedroom contains the twin-size bunkbeds and there is a double bed and twin size day bed in the second bedroom. This second bedroom also acts as the common room with TV and stereo in this room. The Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds with an adjoining full Bathroom. The other Bathroom has a spacious tiled shower with built in bench.
The cabin has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and all untensils and appliances. The den/bedroom has the tv along with a DVD player, stereo and crib.There is also a small 18' pool that is filled for summer months to cool off in.
You have access to the San Antonio River, which is great for camping, hiking, or fishing. This is a site of some old Indian battles and arrowheads and other artifacts can still be found. Also has a dirt bike trail over two miles long which is fun for motorcycles, mountain bikes, and quads. There is a large 10 foot by 20 foot attached covered deck with room to stretch out and enjoy the breeze and great country view. Kids love to camp out on this great deck. There is also a cement patio with a table and chairs in front of the cottage and a smoker that can be used to barbecue. Mesquite wood always available for use. For those of you with horses, there is a stall with a water trough that can handle two horses.
Although located in the country, you are only about 15-20 minutes away from Downtown (River Walk, The Alamo, SBC Center, Alamodome and more). You are 30 minutes away from Sea World or Fiesta Texas.Lackland AFB is conveniently located about 20 minutes away for those of you attending Air Force basic training graduations. There are many golf courses in the area, one is only ten minutes away!

Great Place for Air Force BMT Graduation

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cabin. We were able to relax on the deck while our guys were able to get out of their dress blues and into civilian clothes. The full kitchen was a great place to make a home cooked meal for the guys who had only had mess hall food for 8 1/2 weeks. Along with the home cooked meal, they had all day to eat instead of rushing. It's just outside of the 410 loop and well inside the 1604 loop. The price was better than staying in a hotel and had enough room for our family. The owner is very helpful and even gave us a tour of the 120 acre property. When we go back to San Antonio, we will definitely stay here.
