This waterfront, six bedroom house is just two minutes from Shawnee Peak Ski Area, private 60' sandy beach, and a large 20'x 20' dock plus a swim dock. We swim, waterski, tube and fish off our own large docks. Includes wireless internet access.
THIS HOME FEATURES GREAT LAKE FRONT VIEWS! Also, a hot tub, an 8 foot Slate Pool Table, 2 Fireplaces, a fully-equipped Kitchen with double wall ovens, gas stove top, and large island counter, an 800 square foot Deck off of the Great Room with direct view of the water and a private 60' sandy Beach. TV/DVD/VCRs, stereos, etc.
We offer discounted skiing and golf, and free tennis. Golf and tennis are only a seven minute drive to Bridgton Highlands Country Club. Great Fishing, water-skiing, swimming, smowmobiling, horseback riding, cross country and downhill skiing, sightseeing.
There are restaurants, movie theaters, video rentals, antique shopping and the one and only "Drive-In" movie theater nearby. You are only minutes from Shawnee Peak Ski Resort, North Conway, Sunday River, Saco River, Fryeburg Fair, most major outlet malls, and the Conway Train ride. A variety of actives for everyone!

We are a group of nurses that take our annual pilgrimage to Maine every winter for our girls weekend. We have rented almost all of Pete's properties in Bridgeton, and can honestly say,that we have been extremely pleased with not only the houses,and everything about them, but the owner, and the upkeep of these houses is remarkable!! They are fantastically stocked from floor to ceiling with everythig you could possibly need or want. The views and ammenities in the homes is what keeps us coming back!! This home(the lake house), has now become our favorite of the four houses, because of it's size and location. Close to Shawnee Peak for skiing,and only a short ride to N.Conway for shopping!! The best of everything when you rent these homes!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Summer ...................$5500/week Saturday to Saturday Fall, Winter & Spring .. $850-$1850/weekend .. $1200-$2200/midweek Security Deposit is $ 600 (separate check, please). HOT TUB OPTIONAL AT ADDITIONAL FEE: $450/week. $250/long weekend. $200/weekend.
