This beautiful, custom, mountain home has over 3000 sq ft, sits on 4 acres and is located in a beautiful valley at the end of the cul-de-sac for your peaceful and quiet enjoyment during your vacation.

Centrally located in Colorado, this home borders Pike National Forest on three sides with an abundance of hiking and wildlife. Come out and enjoy trophy fishing in 11-Mile Reservoir and 11-Mile Canyon, skiing in Breckenridge, as well as big city shopping and other activities in Denver and Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, the Cave of the Winds, the Royal Gorge Bridge, and Gaming in Cripple Creek are just a few of the other attractions located just a short drive away.

Inside, the home has an open floor plan with open beamed ceilings. The master bedroom and laundry facilities are on the main level. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with an oversized shower as well as a separate walk-in closet with a built-in chest of drawers. The two bedrooms upstairs have their own walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, and dormers. Every room in the house has a beautiful view. There is even a game room with a pool table and an air hocky table!

Outside, there is an oversized two-car detached garage with one bay large enough for a motor-home. There is over 1300 square feet of deck and patio space which has a hot tub and BBQ grill for your outside relaxation time. There is a large dog run with a doghouse for your dogs (two maximum) as well as a Rainbow Play System (swingset) for your youngsters!
