We know that even just getting over here on an airplane takes a big commitment. So, we would love to help you cut the cost of your stay while you are here so you can truly relax and get the vacation you deserve. In return, you are helping us too! So that we can have a wonderful place for you to stay next year.

Come enjoy a fabulous stay on Maui while relaxing in our condominium. Our unit is in a perfect location! With a beautiful sunset view and the pool and jacuzzi only 10 steps away you can rest and enjoy a rejuvenating Maui vacation.

We have full amenities so all you need is to bring clothes and food. We are excited to share our place with you and offer an extra low rate for you, your friends and family.

Directly across the street is one of Maui's longest beaches great for beach combing and relaxing walks. The humpback whales come directly off shore during their mating season. You are in the perfect location on Maui for whale watching. If you choose enjoy windsurfing just down the road. There is also snorkeling, swimming, and kayaking all minutes away. Kihei is centrally located for all your island activities such as luau's, the aquarium, theater, hiking, horseback riding, biking, or wake up early to see the sunrise from atop Haleakala, Maui's breathtaking crater.

  • We stayed at the condo while we were on Maui for a wedding. Most of the group stayed elsewhere, and they all paid much more than we did, and did not stay as close to the beach as we did. This is a great little place with all the stuff you're going to need for your trip. I loved having breakfast outside on the patio every morning. Thank you Tom and Becca!

  • This condo was perfect for our stay on Maui. Great location, close to the beach with somewhat of a view, very clean. We didn't spend too much time in the condo, we spent more time out and about, on the beach, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, perfect for cooking a meal so we didn't have to go out every time. The pool, hot tub, BBQ, and tennis court were also great. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, inexpensive place to stay. Thanks Becca!

  • What a wonderful condo with a great location right across from the beach! It was surprisingly quiet (right near Kihei Road), and very well-kept. Becca was very helpful and available by phone if you needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it as an excellent value for accommodations on Maui. This is the place we'll stay again when we return.

  • We just got back from our stay ending February 16, 2006. Tom and Becca left so many nice things--every pot, pan and appliance you could think of; teas coffees. Other renters had left lots of food from chips to sugar free syrup. Not only did we have deluxe chairs for the patio, they had snorkling gear, a boogie board. They had a lot of nice guidebooks and movies, tennis balls and rackets, sand toys for kids. We were so busy we never watched one movie, and barely watched cable TV. Other people who stay at KBS are very friendly when you visit at the pool, hottub and bar-b-que areas. Location is wonderful (and the airconditioner drowns out the road noise). Some motorists even stop both ways to let you cross the street to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. Of course if you just have to, you can go up the street and pay $165 per night and not have the nice kitchen and other ammenities. Judy VanEgdom, Greeley, CO

  • We rent the studio for a week on December 2005. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Has full kitchen, dishwasher etc. It's on the lower level, face the ocean. You got ocean view form the room, but it also means the room faces the street. We closed the sliding glass door all the time, so the road noise was not too bad, it did not bother me at night either. I like the studio, it's not a fancy resort type room, but it has what I need for a good price. And Kehei is a good location, close to everything. Laundry room is at the back end of the complex, coin operated, $1 for wash, $1.25 for dry, so save your quarters. The owner is a very nice lady, although we didn't got chance to meet her. When we arrived at night, I called her, she didn't know we need bedding for the futon, she came and made the bed for us the next day.

  • We had a great time in Maui! The condo is just perfect! Close to everything, steps from the water, nice view from the patio. On our fist morning we had breakfast outside looking at the ocean… What a great trip! We strongly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to have a good time in Maui.   • By far THE BEST trip we have taken to Maui thus far!!! Great central location to all in Kihei and all highways! Literally steps to the pool, hottub and BBQ area - just great! Lastly, there was so much LOVE and Aloha in the unit, we wish we were there again NOW!!! Thanks Becca & Tom for everything! We wish to return again very, very soon! :-)
