WOW -WOW! WE JUST FINISHED UPGRADING THE KITCHEN AND BOTH UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS! PICTURES COMING SOON! Tile floors and showers, new vanities in the bathrooms. New stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets in the kitchen! Why stay in a hotel? Our villa is less expensive than most local hotel rooms, is much more spacious, and is fully-equipped! Our two bedroom, two and a half bath, end unit townhouse in the Ocean Breeze section of the Treetops/Ocean Breeze complex is very comfortable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. It is in a private location with a lagoon and fountain out the front and a deck out the back. The villa has just been completely redecorated with bold tropical color, new livingroom furniture, new carpet upstairs and new floors on the main level. We've added flat panel TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. There's parking right outside the front door. It's a true island getaway!
Surrounding Area: You will be conveniently and centrally located 2 blocks (an easy walk) from the popular South Forest Beach, which has beautiful, packed sand for unparalleled beach walks, morning runs, or bike riding. Our villa is just steps from the 3 on-site pools and tennis courts. Spend your day at the gorgeous beach, swim in the pool, ride bikes, or walk to nearby Coligny Plaza which offers several restaurants, lots of great shopping, a grocery store, and a theater. Hilton Head's fabulous golf courses are minutes away!
Golf courses, great restaurants and shopping are all nearby. The island is covered with wonderful biking paths, or you can bike right on the beaches! We've stayed at many of the hotels and complexes on the island and we really think that this location is the best. We hope you will too!

My husband, Jesse, and I are the new owners of 67 Ocean Breeze. We hope you will enjoy staying at the villa as much as we did last week. The beach is a very short walk, as is the pool, and we love being near all the conveniences in South Forest Beach and Coligny Circle. The villa is very clean and well equiped with a great floor plan layout - lots of room for a family. Please let us know if you have any suggestions or comments about the villa.
