We have been married for 30 years and live in New Jersey. We fell in love with this home in Florida in 2005 and now rent it as a vacation rental. Someday we would love to spend part of the year living in this home.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time at your home. While we didn't get a chance to use your pool, we were very impressed with how clean everything was. We had no problems with anything. We found the home to be just as described, very spacious and very roomy. We cleaned up really good before we left so the cleaning service wouldn't have much to do.

What a wonderful time. We loved the house. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 5 and the owners were great. I would and will probably rent this house again. Our kids loved the pool and their rooms. The location was perfect. Publix around the corner, shopping and dinning close by and not far from the parks. Thanks Tom and Regina we will be back :)

Thank you for the use of your home. Everything worked out fine. Location was convenient to both Orlando and the gulf coast. Publix only a mile away. Everything seemed to work great and the house and pool were very clean. Plenty of room and each of our daughters had their own bedroom and television. Would definately rent from you again if the opportunity presents itself. Best regards. jeff

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The price is reasonable. We've rented other homes in the past, but this home is the cleanest of all the ones we've stayed in. The owners are very nice and honest people, as well as accomodating.

The house was very clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and private pool area. Location is very convient to shopping,resturants and Disney. Cocco Beach is only about 1 hr away. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place is great. We have staed there on 3 seperate occassions and will be doing so again when we visit the Orlando area in the future. The owners are the best and very responsive to our every need. The pool is great, the house is extremely clean and it has many of the small conveniances that we really enjoy. We'll be back for sure.
