Our professionally decorated; one story house features a floor to ceiling rock fireplace in a spacious great room that includes a living room, dining area, full kitchen and inviting entry. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king, two bedrooms with queens and semi-private baths, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds that could be configured into a king-size bed. Three of the four bedrooms come with TV's and DVD's. The three car garage contains bikes for guest enjoyment. The large back deck faces a greenway and has a private hot tub. Complementary wireless high speed internet access is also provided for guest enjoyment. The house is located on a quiet circle near the North Golf Course and is a short walk to the North Grocery Store.
Unique to our home, is that we make a significant investments for our quests to receive unlimited access to the Sunriver Resort's beautiful Sage Springs Spa. The Spa includes first class fitness center (free), steam room (free),private showers (free), and Spa services (such as fee based massages, facials and manicures) indoor tennis courts (fee), lap pool (free) etc. Check out the Sage Springs website for more information.
We have taken into account every detail to serve those looking for a family vacation or re-union as well as those looking for corporate travel. The house is also idea for golf groups and because we are a part of Sunriver Resort we can assist with golf packages delivering greatly reduced green fees.
So staying at our home not only allows free access to Sunriver's Sage and fitness facility, but you also receive access to the Sunriver Resort's Private pool, Sunriver's 2 Olympic size swimming pools, early reservations and amazing "Play 3" discounts for 54 holes of championship golf (including the Senior PGA Tour Private Crosswaters course), 32 miles of walking and biking paths and free reservations to 29 outdoor tennis courts. Located on Mt. Adams Lane in the North end of Sunriver, we want our guests to experience unique and warm feeling when they stay in our 2000 sq. ft. home. Our furniture and first class interior decorating help accomplish this through the master bedroom (quilt room, 1 king bed), book room (2 twin beds can be made into a king), wreath room (queen bed) and the sportsman room (queen bed) and we have a hid abed in the great room. Sunriver is the optical location for summer and winter activities. Every time someone visits for the first time we hear, "I had no idea what a perfect vacation location this is." We have always had the same experience and we wanted to own a home in this area.

My wife and I, and our two children are born Oregonians. We fell in love with Sunriver in the mid 70's. We purchased our home in 1996. We recently upgraded the home in 2008 with new furniture, bedding, carpet and paint. Our mission is to enable the perfect vacation for everyone who uses our home.
