Our professionally decorated; one story house features a floor to ceiling rock fireplace in a spacious great room that includes a living room, dining area, full kitchen and inviting entry. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king, two bedrooms with queens and semi-private baths, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds that could be configured into a king-size bed. Three of the four bedrooms come with TV's and DVD's. The three car garage contains bikes for guest enjoyment. The large back deck faces a greenway and has a private hot tub. Complementary wireless high speed internet access is also provided for guest enjoyment. The house is located on a quiet circle near the North Golf Course and is a short walk to the North Grocery Store. Our quests receive unlimited access to Mavericks. Outstanding group exercise classes, an exceptional rock climbing program, friendly and professional staff and an upscale ambiance.

Why the Owner Chose Woodlands
Sunriver is the optical location for summer and winter activities. Every time someone visits for the first time we hear, "I had no idea what a perfect vacation location this is." We have always had the same experience and we wanted to own a home in this area.

In addition to being on a private circle and is in walking distance to the North Grocery store, the house is one story and all the amenities, unique to our home is that we make a significant investment for our quests to 1) Receive unlimited access to Maverikcs. 2) Have access to two outdoor pools. 3) Have golf discounts with Lost Tracks golf club (preferred tee times and discounted green fees), Rivers Edge Golf Course and Widgi Creek Golf Club.

My wife and I, and our two children are born Oregonians. We fell in love with Sunriver in the mid 70's. We purchased our home in 1996. We recently upgraded the home in 2008 with new furniture, bedding, carpet and paint. Our mission is to enable the perfect vacation for everyone who uses our home.

Loved everything about the home, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, open floor plan, large hot tub and spacious living area for a large group. Home is very nicely furnished and decorated. Very clean and well maintained. We checked out, but did not use Mavericks. Looked inviting, but we were too busy skiing. Will definitely plan to stay here on next Sunriver trip.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We love this house! The floor plan is great! The shuttle service is a luxury. The deer came to visit daily. So Cute! The hot tub is fabulous! Great time for all of us.

This was our 2nd stay in this wonderful house. It is perfect for our family and we shared it with our friends from Calif. for a few days (total 8). We had a great time skiing, sledding and lounging. We hope to come back soon. Thanks for sharing your home!
