We are located at 9393 Shore Acres Lane in relaxing Lakeside, Michigan just five miles north of the Indiana border, directly on the shores of Lake Michigan. We offer a beautiful, sandy, 200 foot, PRIVATE BEACH!

We offer both one and two bedroom units for rent on a two acre, fully landscaped lot. In addition to all amenities, all cottages have been remodeled and include a private picnic table, lawn furniture, and grill. We have been providing memorable vacations to families for over 45 years.

    • Our family stayed at the Lat's Cottages and had a wonderful time. The beach is beautiful and the children had great time swimming, playing in the sand, throwing the baseball, rowing the boat, and roasting hotdogs and marshmallows. The owners are extremely hospitable. This was our first visit but another family that was staying at the cottages informed us they visit twice a year.
