Location, location, location. It doesn't get much better as I predicted Palermo Soho would really grow which it has. Plus the building has 24/7 security, gym, pool, sauna and observatory deck. It's great.

Successful entrepreneur that believes that you should live each day like it's your last. What would you do if you had 3 years to live? I would travel the world and see places and do things that most people only dream about.
I truly believe that you should be with the person you enjoy being with, you should visit the cities you've always dreamed of visiting and you should live in a city that you are passionate about. I found that most people complain about various aspects of their lives yet they do nothing to change it.
To me it's very simple. If you aren't happy with your partner you find another one. If you don't like your job - quit and find another one. If you don't like the city you are living in - move to another one that you like better. Life is what you make of it.
Most people lead very ordinary lives. They have an ordinary job, live in an ordinary house and do ordinary things. I found that if you want an extraordinary life you must do extraordinary things.
I am an entrepreneur and purchased this property in 2007 due to it's amazing location. The building is really incredible as there is 24/7 security and although it's in a safe area people always seem to love having a doorman 24/7. The apartment is great in the summer as there is an outdoor pool and there is a gym.
I liked it so much I bought another unit in the same building which is also a rental and I purchased several others in the building for a few of my clients. They are are successful vacation rentals in Buenos Aires and some of the most requested properties in Buenos Aires.
