Beautiful 5 bedroom (2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 bunk with twin on top and full-size futon bed on bottom) , 3.5 bath house (sleeps 10-12) less than five minutes from south entrance to Air Force Academy. All new linens added this year. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor and two bedrooms are in the basement making it an ideal set up for multi-generational family gatherings. Children's books, toys, games and movies are all provided for your enjoyment as well as a pack and play and high chair.

Wooded backyard offers peaceful setting for cookouts or relaxing on the spacious back decks. Trampoline, treehouse and volleyball/badminton net will provide hours of entertainment. With ample sunshine and cool breezes, you will enjoy outdoor activities and family time in this beautiful setting.

Open yet cozy living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining guests or enjoying time with family. Amazing view of Pikes Peak from dining room table! Watch the AFA gliders and airplanes soar in front of the front range from the back deck or the dining room while sipping your morning coffee. Situated on a quiet cul de sac, our home is within view of the Pine Creek Golf course and three minutes' drive from a range of restaurants (from PF Chang's to Qdoba), Starbucks, and shopping (from Eddie Bauer and Anne Taylor to Athleta and the Apple store) at Shops at Briargate. Quick access to I-25 (one exit from Air Force Academy south gate) gives easy access to the region's many attractions, and location on north edge of town makes for easy travel to Denver (south Denver is 45 minutes; DIA 80 min.). Colorado Springs airport is 25 min. south via Powers Blvd.

Great Experience

House is thoughtfully set up. Accessible. Great space for large families, children and adults. Plenty of eating space, game space and comfortable sleeping spaces. Perfect house for our diverse group!

Great location, great host, hiuse has everything you need. We spoke with neighbors and they where friendly. Hosts where very responsive and easy to work with.

Clean Home

We had an amazing stay at this location. Chek-in and check-out were very easy. If we had any problems, I would contact the owner and he replied instantly. Beautiful, clean home with space for all 9 adults and 3 kids. When it rained, we just played games inside. The only downside to this place is the fact that the backyard is not "toddler-friendly" because of the different levels of back-yard. We would definitely stay again!
