The first floor comprises of a large living room, dining room, kitchen (new Bosch appliances) and library. The second floor comprises of three bedroom and two bathrooms. Two outdoor patios can accommodate dining.
The backyard has a large open lawn and established trees. The front yard is currently being re-configured, small areas at a time while being sufficiently maintained.
The kitchen provides both copper and Le Creuset cookware, gas range, dishwasher and many cooking accessories.
A washer and dryer, both incredibly good, are available. Two AC units and two furnaces provide for anyone's comfort.
This quite neighborhood was designed by Greene and Greene, two of California's most important architects. The property is 90 feet wide by 160 feet deep.
The property attracts many wild creatures, notably a wide range of birds; In 2014, we hosted 7 bird's nests, all different species. A neighbor's cat routinely inspects the property for social opportunities, but only for 5 minutes or so.

Great access to the LA Metro light rail. Driving times to: Dodger Stadium is 15 minutes Venice Beach or Santa Monica 25-30 minutes (except mid-day on weekends or commute hours). Colorado Street (in Pasadena) 5 minutes. Disneyland is 45 minutes.

About the owner: I am a native son of California. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1984 with a BS degree in environmental design. Most of my life i have split my residency between San Francisco and Marin County. In 2009 I took residency here in this home located in South Pasadena.
