Our home is half a mile from world-class Butterfly Beach and the Biltmore Hotel, and is a quarter of a mile from Coast Village Road. Walk to fun restaurants, galleries and boutiques! Downtown Santa Barbara is four minutes by car.
Beautiful mountain and some ocean views and very private with lots of lush vegetation. The rooms are large and well-appointed. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The living room is spacious with a baby grand piano, huge comfy sofa and fireplace. Separate theater room with 10' diagonal screen and surround sound to enjoy movies and TV.
The kitchen is outfitted with very nice appliances. Dine inside or eat out on the garden deck with mountain views and firepit. Or walk to one of the fabulous restaurants nearby on Coast Village Rd.
Jacuzzi in lovely brick patio area.
There is a separate art studio with wonderful light and lots of storage, which could also
be used as a great exercise studio.
Can be leased unfurnished or partly furnished.
Gardener will be included.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The location of our home is superb. Easy stroll to the gorgeous Butterfly Beach, the Four Seasons Biltmore for dining, spa treatements, etc. Even closer (1/4 mile) is Coast Village Rd which has unique shops and dining. Also very easy access to Hwy. 101 for going downtown (5 minutes) or heading to Carpinteria, wine country, etc. In Montecito Union school district.
