Enjoy beautiful Montecito in Santa Barbara! Our home is half a mile from world-class Butterfly Beach and the Biltmore Hotel, and is a quarter of a mile from Coast Village Road. Walk to fun restaurants, galleries and boutiques! Downtown Santa Barbara is four minutes by car.
Beautiful mountain and some ocean views and very private with lots of lush vegetation. The rooms are large and well-appointed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The living room is spacious with a baby grand piano, huge comfy sofa and fireplace. Separate theater room with 10' diagonal screen and surround sound to enjoy movies and TV.
The kitchen is outfitted with anything a cook desires. Dine inside or eat out on the garden deck with mountain views and firepit. Or walk to one of the fabulous restaurants nearby on Coast Village Rd.
Bikes and beach equipment are yours to use. Maid service is available for extra.
If you need more than one hotel room, our house will save you money and you'll enjoy a spacious, lovely home for your vacation!

The Unique Benefits at this House
The location of our home is superb. Easy stroll to the gorgeous Butterfly Beach, the Four Seasons Biltmore for dining, spa treatements, etc. Even closer (1/4 mile) is Coast Village Rd which has unique shops and dining. Also very easy access to Hwy. 101 for going downtown (5 minutes) or heading to Carpinteria, wine country, etc.

Our family loves Santa Barbara and all it has to offer with natural beauty, the best downtown area, and great beaches!! Our home is super comfortable and ready for fun!
Renters especially enjoy gathering for a movie or video games in our theater room...or having a fire in the fire pit on the deck. Everyone who has stayed here has enjoyed the house and location!
