Downtown Santa Barbara is four minutes by car. Beautiful mountain and some ocean views and very private with lots of lush vegetation. The rooms are large and well-appointed. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The living room is spacious with a baby grand piano, huge comfy sofa and fireplace. Separate theater room with 10' diagonal screen and surround sound to enjoy movies and TV. The kitchen is outfitted with anything a cook desires. Dine inside or eat out on the garden deck with mountain views and firepit. Or walk to one of the fabulous restaurants nearby on Coast Village Rd. Bikes and beach equipment are yours to use. Maid service is available for extra. Available Dec 26-Jan 2 during Christmas season. Book for next summer or Spring break too! Come spend your holidays in a GREAT location!
