Palms of Dune Allen is a 24 unit, three story condominium complex in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is across the street from the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. We are six miles east of Sandestin and two miles west of Grayton Beach.
We are right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You do not have the cross the street or walk down a public walkway to get to the beach. You can leave your beach chairs on the beach for your entire stay. We have the most gentle sloping walkway to the beach of any development in the area.
Our unit is on the second floor of a secured entry development. There is an elevator available. The unit is elegantly furnished.
There is a king-size bed in both the master and guest bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen and bed, with a trundle. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a huge, open living/dining area.
The unit comes with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need except food. Beach chairs and chaise lounges are included. There is secured access to and from the beach.
There are TVs in every bedroom. Two of the TVs have HD DVRs. We have high speed wireless internet access for your use at no additional cost.
The pool area has an ice maker to fill your coolers for the beach. The sunsets are incredible!!!
This is our second home, and we like to share our pride and joy with others who appreciate luxury furnishings and amenities as we do and will respect the unit as if it was their own. NO SMOKING or PETS are allowed.

Additional information about rental rates
During the summer, all rentals are Saturday check in and Saturday check out.
Cancellation policy-Full refund if cancelled 45 days in advance. If cancelled less than 45 days but more than 30 days, $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30 days but more than 15 days, $400 cancellation fee. No refunds if cancelled less than 15 days. Special rules apply in other situations -discuss with owner.
A payment of $ 750 is due within a week of making your reservation. This payment consists of a security deposit of $400 and $350 towards the rent.
The balance of the rental is due 10 days to two weeks prior to your visit to allow time for you to get the keys and rental package in the mail.
