This was the first time we have visited South Padre during peak summer season and loved the clean beach and warm ocean water. We are repeat customers, this is the second time we've stayed in this unit. It's been wonderfully updated and I loved the decor. The kitchen was perfect, loved the new fridge. Beds are comfortable, apartment management is very accommodating and professional. This complex is small and personal, and less than 100 yards from the water, everything we wanted in a beach vacation. Although we brought our own sand toys, we took advantage of the chairs and umbrellas supplied by the owner. Love the full size washer and dryer! We can't get back soon enough, we had the best time. Photos are extremely accurate...owner answered all questions in a timely manner...was very clean...was within a short walk of Wanna-Wanna Bar on the beach if that's your thing (we enjoyed!)...front desk lady was friendly and helpful suggesting local places...pool and hot tub on property were dirty the first couple days there, but were cleaned on third of 5 day stay and remained that way...main sliding glass door of condo to the deck was near impossible to open and close, we were not told this prior to arriving and it was not fixed during our stay (part was on back order)...we definitely enjoyed the sound of the ocean though...could not get wireless internet to work, front desk could not help in this case...washer and dryer were convenient and nice along with beach chairs and some beach toys...both bathrooms very nicely remodeled...generally older people (50+) or families at Seabreeze during our stay the first week of May...Overall would stay here again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

Best vacation spot and ocean view. We enjoy the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise & sunsets from the balcony. The condo is nicely furnished and clean.

We highly recommend this condo to others. If you want a clean condo with everything you need, including a beautiful view, then this is the place. The owners and the staff were very kind too. We definately plan to rent this condo again in the future.

5/28 thru 6/5, 2010 --- Condo was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Can't think of a thing bad to say about this condo. Had everything you could possibly need. Have stayed at other condos and this one was the best. We will be going back 9/3 and staying until 9/18. If all goes well, plan on going back next year. Since the oil spill, friends that usually go to Florida have contacted me concerning SPI - have given all of them the information on this condo. Can't wait until September.

Great condo...we really enjoyed the views. The condo was well furnished, very clean and comfortable, plenty of room for all 5 of us. We would definitely recommend this rental to our friends and family. The balcony was a great place to retreat to and watch the world go by as we ate our lunch or dinner...very spacious. We will definitely be back!
