We stayed in the condo the first weekend in November and everything was as described. The condo was clean, the view of the lake was excellent, and the owners were very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely consider renting this condo on future trips to the area.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The view is wonderful...no boat docks blocking it- which was very nice. The area is near many attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in this condo! The owners were very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any emails. We love the location--great access to all of our favorite spots in the Osage Beach area. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and the view.....it's just about perfect! It was lovely to go to sleep and wake up hearing the water break at the shore. We will definitely be back and will recomend this unit to our friends.

I have rented alot of times at the ledges and the best thing I can say is that the owner Chris made it very easy to get all the info and codes we needed and didnt nickle and dime you to death like some of the other owners have done to us in the past. it was a pleasant weekend with no stress or worries and had an EXCEPTIONAL view. thanks

This condo was amazing!! My husband, 2 year old daughter and I loved it very much!! Even though some of our trip was rainy, we did not mind because we enjoyed hanging out at the condo watching movies and playing games. We hope to go back one day!!!

A Special Week

August 15 marked a milestone anniversary for us, and we were so blessed to have chosen to stay in this condo. The location is excellent as it is near sights and shopping, and the owners were so very accommodating. While we spent the week in several local activities, the most memorable parts of our stay involved the meals that Ed prepared on the deck grill (sometimes eaten on that deck overlooking the lake), rising early and going out on the deck with my coffee, my Bible and my camera as I watched spectacular sunrises on the lake, and evenings in the master bedroom with the blinds opened and the only light coming from channel markers and passing boats. This property really offers EVERYTHING you need – even the inspiration and romance. We are so glad we stayed here.

We loved the condo-great view of the main channel, close to a lot the lake area has to offer. It is also nice the main road to the condo has a stoplight at Rt. 54. The condo was clean, kitchen pretty well stocked. It was extremely hot the week we were there, so it was nice to only have one flight of steps from the parking lot to the front door.

Our family stayed here from May 28th to May 31st. This condo is a wonderful place to relax, great view. It was very clean and neat and had everything we need. The games were a big plus for kids. We have recommended to several of our friends who are planning for vacation.

We stayed at this beautiful condo May 22-May 24, 2009. The view off of the deck and out of the master bedroom is incredible. We had a wonderful time and so relaxing, the condo had everything you would want to relax. Highly recommended and the owners were wonderful to work with! There's nothing like the Lake.

We first stayed in the Carmody Condo in 2005. It was great with three teens. Plenty of room and things in thearea for them to do. So this year when my husband & I decided to take a long weekend, we e-mailed Chris & Kevin. When we arrived, we felt like we never left! The condo was as immaculate as it was 3 years ago. Its a great location and so clean, quiet. We look forward to visiting again next year!

This place was EXACTLY as advertised, perfect view, well kept up, just a beautiful space. We came for a weekend in late October, just when the leaves were at their peak, and the weather was terrific. We spent most of the weekend on the deck, though we did make it into town for a couple of memorable meals. The Carmody's made it very easy, and we plan to go back.

We returned to this condo for a MUCH needed extended weekend in September. We were not disappointed! The condo was exactly as we had left it when we visited last year, making us feel like it was our own personal condo & noone else had been there, although we knew so many had enjoyed it in between our visits! The condo was as wonderful as always extremely clean and well maintained with beautiful & warm color schemes, fluffy towels, well-stocked kitchen, & comfy couches and beds! The Nintendo entertained our daughter while the adults sat on the deck reading books, grilling and enjoying the amazing lake view and boats! This condo offers the most beautiful sunrises and lake views you will find! We had a small maintenance issue arise, through no fault of Kevin & Chris, while we were at the condo, and Kevin and Chris handled it so quickly and kindly we couldn’t believe it! They had someone come in on a Saturday and fix the issue before we even got back to the condo from our daily activities!!! We have looked into other condos previously or when traveling with friends and need more space & some of the owners are not friendly or may even be a little odd…not the Carmody’s they are the sweetest & kindest people we have come across and you always feel welcome at their condo! We highly recommend this condo; it will truly increase the enjoyment you get out of your trip to the Ozarks. Thank you Kevin and Chris for the effort you but into making your condo so enjoyable for others!!

We stayed at the Carmody's condo in the middle of August, 2007. It was perfect! The decorating was very nice (we had 2 other families in other condos. One was dirty, one has "interesting" decorating. Boy did we luck out!). Clean? ABSOLUTELY! Everything we needed was there (someone may have "borrowed" the can opener, so we bought a replacement and left in the well-stocked kitchen). The combination lock on the front door was a great idea, we had 3 grown kids with us, and never had to bother with keys. As others have said, it's a great view of a great lake, and the walk to the boat docks (thanks for the boat slip, too!) was short and enjoyable. This was our second time at The Ledges, but by far was the better room. Thanks Kevin and Chris!

Our family leased the Carmody's condo at The Lake for a long weekend in August. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was nice and clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view from the deck was awesome and our boys really enjoyed watching the boats. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and family. Kevin and Chris were wonderful to work with...very friendly and eager to please! We look forward to renting from them again!

My wife and I stayed 4 days/3 nights at the Carmody's Condo at the Lake of the Ozarks. It was our first visit and going back to the condo was one of our favorite things to do because it was so nice. It is tastefully decorated and, as they advertise, the view is incredible.

The Carmody's condo at The Ledges was exactly what we were looking for. The lake views were fabulous from morning to evening. The waterfront location was prime for boating up or down the river and enjoying all lake activities - also located near many restaraunts. We used the available boat dock and were very impressed. The condo had all available amenities, including all needed kitchen utensils, extra garbage bags - all the little things that are found in your own home, but rarely on vacation. The baths held big, fluffy towels which were much apprciated after a long day in the sun for a little pampering. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed and taken care of by the Carmody's. We would definitely return here!

This is the most awesome condo we have ever stayed in. We were extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at how this condo fit our needs. The pictures do not do this condo justice!!! The Carmodys are absolutely fabulous people to work with!! The condo had everything you could possibly need, they really thought of it all! Our daughter loved the Nintendo, movies and tons of board games the Camrodys stocked. The towels are big and fluffy too! This place was like a little piece of heaven on earth, the view of the lake is amazing, we got to see sunrises and sunsets all in our pajamas! You can't get any better than that!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!! Definately check out this condo! I don't have enough space to explain how amazing this condo was, every little detail, from warm and inviting color schemes to all the details of what utensils were in the kitchen and what an array of activities they had to keep the kids entertained! We will definately be going back again.

Wow! What a great condo. They have EVERYTHING you will need for a great stay at the lake. Very helpful with information about surrounding attractions and what a view. Best place we have found on the lake by far and we plan to return next year.
