Located in Keystone Resort, Summit County's most exclusive resort community, just one mile from the Mountain House ski lifts.
This home was completed in March 2005 This place is perfect for 1-3 families or small groups wanting to get together for a group vacation. Every bedroom has its own private bath with spacious tubs and showers. Enjoy all the activities Keystone and the Summit County Resort area have to offer; all within minutes of your front door! If going out seems a little too hectic, curl up in front of the fire, or enjoy a relaxing soak in your own private hot tub.
The master suite has a King bed, huge walk-in closet, private deck, jetted whirlpool tub, shower, double sinks, leather Queen sofa sleeper, and roll-away bed. The two Queen suites have a Queen bed, bunkbeds with singles on the top and full beds on the bottom, private baths, large walk-in closets, cable TV, and private sitting areas to "get-away" after a busy day! The huge loft area has a Queen sofa sleeper, two daybeds with trundle sleepers, TV, VCR/DVD player, and a video game player. Its a great area for the kids to spend some time together while the adults socialize in the great room!
The main living area has an enormous vaulted ceiling and the views from the dining and kitchen areas are breathtaking. Overstuffed leather furniture cozies up to a stone fireplace. Enjoy watching a movie on the 42" plasma TV with surround sound! The kitchen is completed outfitted with Granite countertops, three barstools, bar-ware, and cooking utensils. The extra capacity washer/dryer makes it easy to keep up with the laundry during the week! Every convenience of home is here! The outside patio is perfect for summer barbecues! Relax on the expansive patio, soak in the six-person hot tub, or throw some shrimp on the Barbee!
Activities are endless year round! The Snake River with its walking and biking path is very close and if you're really up for the outdoors, there are hiking/biking trails through the National Forest area which is located right out the back door! Two of Summit County's award-winning golf courses are five minutes away. The Keystone Stables are located just down the street if horseback riding is your thing. You also have access to the resorts private swimming pool. You will need more than a week to take in all Summit County has to offer!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our family resides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We took our first trip to Keystone over 30 years ago! My wife and three children have always found Keystone to be very family friendly and it is why we chose to purchase our 2nd home here. Over the years, we have traveled to other resorts around the country, but have always ended up back where we feel at home! We think you will find Keystone to be as inviting and enjoyable as we do!

This home was more beautiful than the pictures! The neighborhood is very private and quiet. We were quite surprised to find the condition of the home impeccable! From the heated floors to the heated garage to the jacuzzi master tub to the hot tub in the back yard, this home is perfect for multiple families. Two bedrooms have queen beds with double bed bunk beds. The master has a king bed with a day bed and sleeper sofa. This home also offers a loft above the kitchen perfect for older children wanting some private space. This area offers sleeper sofas as well. The location is perfect, within miles of multiple ski lifts. At the end of the street is a stables that my children and I walked down and pet. You will not be disappointed in the quality of this home. We did not have to buy any pots, pans, tupperware, plates, cups or flatware. this home has it all. Plus a washer and dryer! which came in handy with a 4 year old and a 16 month old. This home was safe for all ages. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
