  We loved the beachhouse in San Antonio del Mar. It was everything we could hope for and more. The house was just as described. Plenty of room and open space, private beach, and very clean. The perfect place to spend my 40th birthday weekend! Working with the owner Lily was super easy as she was always available to answer any questions. We cant wait get back down there!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  Everything was as described if not better. The house is very large and comfortable. Only issue I had was the gate guard was not very friendly and that is not the owners fault. The bar within the community was great. It is a true ocean front without any houses or walk ways in front of you. Thanks for a great time in Rosarito.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We had a great time at this house. There was plenty of room for the group of friends i had join me for celebrating my birthday here. The house had everything we needed. And it seems like we pretty much had the beach to ourselves the whole time there.

  We had a great time, everyone in our group enjoyed the great views,the private beach, and of course the dolphins. The kids enjoyed the waves and the adults enjoyed a nice cold mexican beer on the patio. Great neighbors(Peggy and Bob). Lili, thank you for sharing your house with us. See you soon...

  This house is AMAZING!!! Myself and 9 other ladies stayed at this house for a weekend to celebrate for my sister's bachelorette party. Walking into the house was awesome- granite counter tops, a great view of the ocean from every room, beautiful bathrooms, unique art work, and so close to the beach. The beach was very private and we even got to see the grunion run(liitle fish on the beach). I can't say enough good things about this house or the process in which I rented. So many beautiful sights- dolphins in the ocean, sunset skies full of pinks and reds and the night sky full of stars. This was a trip that all of us will remember with smiles! The owners are great to work with and were easy to communicate with every step of the way.

  The house was super nice, the views were amazing and we especially enjoyed the speaker system throughout the main living area and outside. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit north baja! (One idea - make sure to bring extra towels and the basics, like soap, paper towels and plastic cups.)

  The house was beautiful! Our group consisted of both couples and singles and it was perfect for everyone. Everything is just a short drive away and everything in the house is well taken care of. Our group is definitely planning on returning soon.

  The house was an exceptionally well kept and beautifully arranged house with marble bathrooms, nice tile, cast iron rails, and all amenities of a good kitchen. Had a great weekend stay over and I recommend to anyone interested in renting.

$200.00 refundable security deposit is returned within week of departure
After villa is checked out complete for any damages
MAX 14 people there will be an extra charge if there is more people
