Complete luxury awaits you in this private home located in lower Deer Valley of Park City, Utah. It offers many features to compliment your stay including breathtaking views of the ski runs and mountains, beautifully decorated spacious rooms, cozy fireplaces, gourmet kitchen with granite counters, dining table for eight, and a private hot tub on the back deck. It is just a three minute (1/4 mile) drive to Snow Park Lodge, the base of Deer Valley's ski resort. There is a free shuttle available at the corner of Deer Valley Drive (about a 2 1/2 block walk.) The home is ideal for a corporate retreat or large family get-together.
This vacation home has 4100 square feet, six bedrooms, four baths, and many more amenities! It sleeps about 14 to 16 people comfortably. There is WIFI available; TVs are in every bedroom. This home is divided into three levels.
The MAIN LEVEL has large great room with hardwood floors, cozy fireplace, 50-inch Sony LCD HDTV w/Bose surround system and DVD. On this level you will also find the kitchen, dining table for eight, breakfast counter for six, game table, one queen guest room and a separate full bath. The large deck off of the front of the home offers breathtaking views of the mountains. There is a private hot tub on the back deck.
The UPPER LEVEL has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom with a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. There is a large master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, sitting area, stone fireplace, desk area, fax machine/printer and large bathroom with heated stone floors and jacuzzi tub.
The LOWER LEVEL offers you a choice of a "kids' den" or another level for adults with heated slate floors, 42" Sony Plasma TV w/Bose surround system, two bedrooms--one queen and one queen with bunk-beds. There is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with heated tile floors, a full washer and dryer and two-car garage.
