Great home for multi-family ski-trip! The house is lovely and provided great space for 3 families on a ski-vacation. Wonderful memories of hot-tub story telling, cooking delicious meals, and playing fun games. We only went out to eat one night because we had so much fun at the house! The owner and property management representatives were very kind and helpful with every need. We had a great experience!

MARVELOUS DEER VALLEY RENTAL

I would highly recommend! Covenantally located to Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Park City bus system. Large, spacious, well maintained 3 level home. 6 bedrooms, where our large, mixed family never felt crowded. All the amenities: WIFI. Large decks with views and nice grill. Fully accessorized kitchen( as a cook, that mean a lot to me) Downstairs TV room with plasma TV+ surround sound, with two bedrooms where we threw the kids. Nice size bedrooms with a huge Mater Suite. Large family room that also serves a home theater with surround sound and a nice fireplace. Hot tub, laundry room, etc. I will definitely rent next year, if available.

Beautiful Home - Great Area - Perfect!

My family and I had such a wonderful, relaxing time in Deer Valley. This house was all that we anticipated and more! Great space for everyone - plenty of community area, but each of the bedrooms is its own get-away with private sinks and spacious baths. Colleen is an amazing host who has thought of every detail throughout (especially the kitchen), elegantly decorated, while keeping it friendly enough for children. The location of the house is wonderful with hiking trails right out the back door and Park City is 2 minutes away with great shopping and food! My hubby loved the ease-of-use technology (tv, stereo, wifi) and super-comfy beds, my kids loved the huge den on the ground floor and cul-de-sac driveway to safely play outside, and I just loved that it was all easy, comfortable, and such a wonderful space all around! Thank you!

Perfect large family reunion mountain getaway

This vacation rental was perfect for our family reunion, mountain getaway vacation. Close in proximity to the scenic views, hiking and biking trails of the Canyons, Deer Valley and Park City, we found it easy to get to just about anywhere we wanted to go. The house itself was immaculate, spacious and well-furnished, with sinks in all bedrooms and private bath access available in nearly every room. Overall very kid-friendly, but also very tastefully decorated and appointed for adult guests to appreciate. The owners and property manager were very friendly and attentive to the small needs we had during our stay. Thank you!

We spent one week here for a family reunion, and the property was PERFECT! We had a total of 9 adults, 3 kids and 2 infants and we all felt like we had plenty of room. The kitchen/dining area was huge and great for dinners at home. The house is spotless clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything feels like luxurious. The grill is large and we made ample use of it. The location is amazing -- just minutes to Deer Park and the other resorts, as well as down town Park City. There are hiking trails right out the back door. Plus, Colleen was an amazing host. She purchased a brand-new pack'n play for us to use, and when we emailed to tell her the coffee machine didn't work, she a had a new one dropped off that day! We would love to come back -- maybe in the winter next time!

This home was great -- very comfortable, cozy and well-appointed. We had more than enough room for our two families combined. The location is convenient to all the ski resorts and to town. We'll definitely go back!

We enjoyed staying at your beautiful home during spring break! The location was perfect for access to skiing, Main Street, and the neighborhood sledding hill. We appreciated the endless supply of wine glasses, coffee mugs and dishes; A well-stocked kitchen and lots of towels! Plus LOTS of bedrooms and a movie-room downstairs for the kids. This was our first visit to Park City and Deer Valley and we definitely plan to come back. We had a fabulous time skiing with friends & family! The Deer Valley ski shuttle picked us up and dropped off right at the driveway -- what a great service! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Thanks for the hospitality! Your home is beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub and big kitchen and had 30” of snow in 72 hours in APRIL… So fun! For future guests go to Deer Valley for the best skiing!

It's hard to put in words just how perfect this house was for our whole family. It had everything you'd hope for in a home, let alone a vacation rental. The first thing you notice is the space. It has a wonderful open, airy feel to it which is a perfect reflection of the mountains outside, which are visible from practically every window in the house. The rooms are giant, especially the master suite. The master suite has high ceilings, great sunlight, a gas fireplace, a back deck for incredible star gazing, and a master bath with a great shower and a whirlpool bath. What more do you need? Well it has that too. Downstairs on the back deck is an in deck hot tub which we didnt have to use because the weather was just too nice to warrant it. Upstairs, across the hall from the master suite, are two bedrooms with king size beds which are divided by a bathroom with a shower and tub. Our kids stayed there and they loved it. Each room has a tv with a dvd player. Downstairs on the main floor is the huge modern kitchen with the eat at island, the 8 seat dining room table and great big living area with a gas fireplace, big screen tv, lounging chairs and off that is the big front deck with views of the mountains that go on forever. Theres also a bedroom off the kitchen. Downstairs there's two more bedrooms with another conjoining bathroom and a nice little tv lounging area just in case you need to get lost from the rest of your party for a litle while. The washer/dryer came in handy since we were there for ten days and didnt feel the need to bring our whole wardrobes with us. The house feels totally secluded. There are no neighbors right on top of you, our kids were able to play in the front of the house without any worries of traffic and there is so much to do within walking distance you never feel like you need to go far. if you do, there's a free bus service that picks you up 200 yards from the house and brings you directly to Park City, which is one of the nicest towns with some of the nicest people we've ever met. We went on incredible hikes right in Deer Valley with our kids who are 2 and 4 yrs old. We went to the free music concerts right on the ski mountain and the free fireworks for the 4th of July. what a value! It was the nicest vacation we've had as a family in a long time and it starts and stops with the home. It's the kind of house we all said goodbye to when we left, but we all said we see it again really soon. We're already planning a winter run!
