The villa is constructed to a very high standard and is located at Westbury, conveniently located on the US27 close to I4 allowing rapid access to the attractions.There are resturants close by, with the new Victor Posnor shopping centre one mile north and Publix and Walmart 2 and 5 miles rspectively to the south on us27
There are four bedrooms, two master with queen and King beds both with TVs, en-suite bathrooms and two further bedrooms, one Queen and one twin, sharing the third bathroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms has direct access onto the pool deck, thus enabling guests to use this as a pool bathroom if necessary. Free safe, telepnone and wireless internet technology included.
The twenty eight foot south facing pool is complimented by a remote controlled spa, the covered lanai will provide shade and has a table, chairs and barbeque. The pool deck furniture is of a very high standard. A pool screening service is available to those guests wanting complete privacy.
Inside, the villa benefits from air conditioning, 4 cable TV’s and 2 DVD players, a music center ,games console and a pool table. The house is fully equipped with high standard domestic appliances, and has a security alarm for your peace of mind.
Once inside the villa you will note its clever plan, the great room (living room) is at the heart of the villa, with the dining area and kitchen adjacent, no one has to be left out preparing meals. Further, the kitchen nook has a bay window overlooking the pool and spa. The nook table can also be used for drinks or meals, yet guests can still supervise poolside activities.
The kitchen is fully equipped including cooker, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher and has enough plates and cutlery for eight guests. The living area has two settees, a large cable TV with a DVD player. There are also a few popular movies, as well a music center. There is a games console and a few games, this is currently in one of the bedrooms. The dining area has a table with six chairs, however, there is room for eight around the table, and two of the four nook chairs can be used if required.
Master bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed , cable TV, bedside tables and lamps, drawers and a large walk in closet with room for cases. Leading from the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with a bath and large shower as well as two vanity basins and wc. There is an alarmed door leading outside to the pool deck. Master bedroom 2 has a King size bed, drawers, closet, cable TV with DVD and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are both twin rooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for children. One of these rooms has a cable TV and games console. One of the twin rooms can be switched to a double if required.
There is a utility room containing the washing machine, dryer and house security alarm, this room opens into the double garage.
The villa benefits from full air conditioning, that doubles as a heating system if required.
Outside, to the rear of the house is the south facing pool area with a twenty eight foot pool and spa.The pool ranges in depth from three to five feet. There is a switch on the wall that operates the spa, the spa temperature will normally be set for approx 10 degree above the pool temperature, this can be adjusted to suite the climatic conditions.
There is also a set of quality pool deck furniture as well as barbeque. Both doors leading onto the pool deck from the villa are alarmed, and a button must be pressed prior to opening to avoid the alarm activating. These buttons are set at a height out of reach of small children. Pool discipline is essential and minors must be supervised at all times while in the pool area.
All bedding and towels are provided. We also offer a pool privacy screening option for those guests who do not want the pool area overlooked.
