Three bedroom, mobile home features a 25 by 16 great room and two decks overlooking a three acre stocked private lake. It is on 25 acres of wooded land. Perfect for wedding, family reunions, and private parties. Satellite TV in great room, living room, and master bedroom. Decks have two sets of patio tables with umbrellas.

Lake is stocked with cat fish. There are also lots of big bass and perch. There is a covered pick nick table, benches, paddle boat, floating deck, and barbecue pit on the lake.
