This is a second floor Golf Villa unit (no elevator). This unit has been professionally decorated and will delight you daily. You will find this condominium in pristine condition. Located inside the beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort, this three bedroom, three bath, golf villa has a great view of the ninth hole and its lake with lighted fountain just outside the Master bedroom window and Living room. Vertical blinds will uncover sliding glass doors which open directly to the balcony and the gorgeous view.
Read a book or relax on the tiled balcony overlooking the fountain. We have a king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and two twin beds in our three bedrooms. Master bedroom and living room have cable TV’s with DVD/VHS players. We have a walk-in closet in the Master bedroom.
The beautiful dining room with decorative lighting, has seating for six and a breakfast bar with four stools. All linens, dishes, and cookware are provided. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. All you need to bring to enjoy your vacation are your clothes and beach towels!
The Resort is completely gated with 24-hour security. Staying here, you have full use of all Edgewater has to offer, beachside and in the golf villas. Take a short walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds and across the private pedestrian bridge (no crossing traffic) to the private Emerald Beaches. For those not wanting to walk, the resort's tram will pick up guests at the pool adjacent to the condominium and deliver them beachside.
Our family owns and personally manages our unit. We strive to update often, so our guests will always find a "sparkling clean" beautiful condominium with a gorgeous view when they arrive. When you rent from the owners, you Save Money and get the Best Condominium available.
