THE SPACE - Snowbird is a large, luxury, 1200 square foot (112 square metres) two bedroom penthouse townhome is situated in Whistler in the exclusive Benchlands area. It accommodates up to six people with an additional queen sized fold out bed. The private ground level entrance leads to landscaped grounds. Skiing, and entertainment are a short walk away.
THE WALKING DISTANCE LOCATION - Walk or ski to lifts. The ski lift, the elegant Chateau Whistler, shops and restaurants are 300 yards (m) from the Snowbird townhouse. A free shuttle bus to Whistler attractions stops in front of our development.

THE MATERIALS - The high vaulted ceilings planked with cedar and high windows create an airy feeling and open to valley views. Floor to ceiling mirrors reflect views and light to many angles. Granite counter top tiles and the natural slate floors further complement the mountain atmosphere.
THE ROOMS - If you like to cook and entertain, there is a large fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a queen-size pull out bed. Our underground, secured parking garage has space for two cars.
THE GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP - We are in a quiet residential area that has a pedestrian green belt system. Yet at the same time, it is a short walk to restaurants, shops, and Whistler's night life only 300 yards (metres) away.
THE SEASONS - For winter or summer vacations, we are walking distance to the Chateau Whistler Golf course, the Chateau Whistler Spa, Whistler Village, summer swimming in Lost Lake, parks, and numerous trails for cross country skiing, biking, jogging, and hiking.
