Our 3rd floor ocean view condo is close to golf, fishing, restaurants, nightlife and more. This two bedroom, two-bath unit is completely furnished and features new appliances, new vinyl flooring in the fully equipped kitchen and new carpet throughout. Sleeps six. Accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom, the condo also features a private balcony that provides a beautiful ocean view.
The Shore Drive location is off the beaten path yet convenient to Super Wal-Mart and Restaurant Row; walking distance to Ocean Annie's, the Apache Pier and Straw Market. For your entertainment needs, the condo is within 1/4 mile of Arcadian Shores Golf Course and The Dunes golf course and convenient to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and the Tanger Outlet Mall.
A parking pass is provided to the guarded parking area. A cleaning service will clean the condo upon your departure and also ensure that it is clean when you arrive. Weeks are available from Saturday at 3:00 p.m. until Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

The condo was lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes, pot, pans, glasses, etc. that you would need for a family of 4. The new hardwood floors added a lot of charm to the condo--however, (because of the hardwood floors the realtors paid us a couple of visits. Seems the neighbor downstairs gets a lot more noise). The neighbor below (2nd floor), can hear your 3 year old running from one room to the other and will not hesitate to call and complain to the owner, who in turn sends the realty people out to kindly ask you to control the noise. This was our experience on the 1st and 2nd days of our vacation. After that we asked for a refund or to be given another place to stay. Fortunately we did not have to relocate and the downstairs neighbor did not harrass us any more. I haven't received my 100.00 security deposit back yet, but it has only been a couple of weeks since we left there. If not for the complaints from the neighbor downstairs we would be happy to spend another vacation week there. Peggy was wonderful to work with.
