Located in Orange Beach, our 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house has all the charm and peaceful serenity of the beach in a new and luxurious home that comfortably sleeps 8. In this open floor plan, you'll have a full kitchen with an oversized fridge and all the appliances you'd want, a dining room, great room with 32" LCD HDTV, and three decks to entertain or simply enjoy this tropical setting. Make it your own Margaritaville!
The master suite, located on the main level, has another 32" LCD HDTV, is attached to a laundry room with washer and dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, garden tub, and twin vanity. The master suite looks out over its own deck.
The second bedroom with a queen bed, is located on the second floor looking out over its own deck. A second full bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds (4 beds) with regular sized twin mattresses.
Within two residential blocks of our beautiful house, you'll have access to 4 clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches. Bring your boat with you! You can use our private, gated boat launch and marina (with assigned wet slip available upon request) that empties into Bay La Launch (the ICW), just steps from our house. Just two blocks in the other direction, you'll have use of new, well-maintained and lighted tennis courts, a kiddie pool and olympic pool (heated in winter) with diving board and water slide, a total fitness and workout center, a gym with basketball courts, a game room with billiards, ping pong, and air hockey, and a playground, all for a nominal fee of $5 per day paid to the facility if/when used. If the pool is all you want, a seasonal discount pass is available, providing 15 visits to the pool for $30.
Cable TV in every room including two 32" LCD HDTVs, with a DVD and VHS player and stereo, CD, MP3 player with AUX and USB inputs (bring your iPod or other MP3 player) in the great room. Bring your computer and use our high speed wireless Internet connection.
You'll be under 2 miles from a quiet public access to the Gulf beaches and minutes from shopping at the Tanger Outlet mall in Gulf Shores, plus fine dining, a vibrant night life, and much more.

We enjoy being so close to the water and the beaches, but a little farther away from the overcrowded condo scene.
This is the locatio of the gated boat launch and boat basin with our wet slip (available for your use) as well as a bayfront beach.
About 2 miles or so from the house, this is the nearest access to the Gulf Beaches.
This is a bayfront fishing pier owned by our community association and available for your use. Good trout, redfish and flouder fishing.

This house was a great get away for Spring Break. If we weren't at the beach, we were visiting the pool. At night, we walked to the small beach on the bay and in the mornings, enjoyed coffee on the deck. This is a great place to take your family and will recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I really had a great time staying in this beach house. The layout was perfect for our family and dog CoCo. We would highly recommend this home to vacationers! The owner was very nice and helpful too. Loved it!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving Weekend was a perfect celebration at this home. Quick response from owner on all our needs also provided helpful local information. Plenty of room for the 8 of us and well equipped. So happy it is pet friendly and clean. Community center closed due to holiday, so did not get use the facility. Neighborhood quiet and well kept. Highly recommended by our family!

This property is everything the website describes it to be! The layout was perfect to house the maximum number of guests. It boasts a well equipped kitchen, nice and large refrigerator and great kitchen utensils/plates/even coozies! The decor was awesome...i loved the homemade art touches and lime tree canvas. My personal favorite were the framed jimmy buffett albums upstairs. The house definitely had soul!

This house was great! We put 12 grad students in it and had plenty of room in the kitchen, on the porch and in the living room. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. My friends all want to come back to this house. It was a great price and had everything we needed. Our weekend couldn't have been better (well, it could have been if we could have stayed forever).

My family had a wonderful stay in the beach house. We comfortably slept 6 adults and a toddler. The house is immaculate, well decorated and has all the modern conveniences of home. It is a short walk to a bay beach (perfect for little ones) and a short drive to the gulf beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I would highly recommend it if you want a really nice place to stay close to the beach and other activities. Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck talking and cooking out.

Our stay couldn't have been better. We had plenty of room, and absolutely beautiful accomodations. We were convenient to our charter fishing boat, as well as many outstanding restaurants. We even had some time to enjoy the pool just down the street! It was a great experience and we are looking forward to our trip there next summer!
