Oceanway is a new condominium located on prestigious Indian Rocks Beach surrounded by upscale homes and privately owned condominiums. This lovely and quaint condominium was completed in September 2004. This condo offers 1450 square foot of living with upgrades throughout including custom walnut cabinets, granite counter tops, Italian ceramic tile, a full-size washer and dryer, and top of the line furnishings, which compliment the peace and tranquility of the beach and its relaxing atmosphere. This unit is completely equipped like you would have your own home, including televisions in each of the bedrooms, as well as a DVD player in the master bedroom and a DVD-VHS player in the family room with a large selection of movies for everyone. Indian Rocks Beach boasts as being one of the most beautiful and safest beaches in Florida. You can play and frolic in the waters of the Gulf of Mexico and feel secure in knowing there are not any strong currents or undertows. When renting this non-smoking unit, you have it all. Besides the gorgeous white sandy beach and pristine waters of the Gulf, you have a beautiful condominium that is within walking and biking distance to some of the areas finest restaurants, shops, and activities. This unit is also in great proximity to some of Florida’s top attractions, with Busch Gardens being only 45 minutes away and Orlando area attractions just 90 minutes away. Tampa airport is a short 30 minute drive. In addition, downtown St. Petersburg is home to many wonderful museums including the famous Dali Museum.
